We are in the Era that many are affected by the I Don't Have Money Syndrome. It's one man for himself.
Even family members find it difficult to help their relatives because they believe they have their own problems to deal with. Everyone has their financial setbacks and all are looking for ways to tackle their individual problem.

So bringing your problem and presenting it before another get them pissed off or agitated in most cases. Some will even tell you to your face that they also have their problem but they aren't bringing it to you or presenting it before you so why bring yours to them?

For some reason, many don't really see the need to lend a helping hand to another person in need.
While some people are just obsessed with the I Don't Have Money Syndrome. Most of these people with this obsession don't lack the money like they claim to. Some of them might be that they have the money but they just can't imagine themselves spending the money on what they may consider being less valuable.

For example, some people have the money but they can't spare you because they have plans for the money and you coming to them to ask for it will leave them with nothing but the popular I don't have the money. They just can't risk using that money for any other purpose aside from what they had originally kept it for or planned for.

Sadly, our youths have furnished this syndrome into something that sounds kinda pleasing to them which is I AM BROKE
I don't know how someone could take pleasure in telling another person that he or she is broke like how? I don't get it. What is breaking you? Money? Funny enough some of us have been victims of this.

It's ok not to act generously. I mean, it's not everyone that was meant to give. If you can't do it then don't force and no point making a fool of yourself by saying you are broke.
It's fine to tell a person that the money you have is meant for something else aside from whatever it is the other party wanted to use the money for and that you can't risk using it for some other purpose.

It's your money, you are entitled to it and you choose to spend it however and whichever way you like.
Constantly saying you are broke or that you don't have money puts you in that state by default, like it or leave it.
You will always see yourself lacking in one way or the other. It's like using your own mouth to destroy your life and shutting your financial doors.

Quit the I Don't Have Money Syndrome and start building your finance. Don't try to justify selfishness and self-centeredness with being broke.
The same thing goes for investments. No matter how a person tries to sweet talk you into investing in something you know you aren't interested in or you just can't take the risk, you have every right to tell the person NO! I am not gonna do this no matter how promising you claim the project to be. My money isn't just for this and I can't risk throwing it there.
Don't make a mistake of being a coward and hiding under the covering of I Don't Have Money Syndrome.
