This topic is a broad one cause it does not only apply literally or directly but also is figurative.Cleanliness is one among virtues which one should practice..Godliness,as the word itself simply mean godly therefore if man is godly then he must be clean also physically.If a man is clean hygienically he should be also in mind and heart.
When it comes to hygeine,pls don't just refer to yourself but include also your surroundings,be considerate.Don't throw your waste on your neighbor's yard.It starts at home and expands outside your house to your neighbors then to neighboring places then the whole universe..Nonsense,you might say but it's the truth..When everybody's being clean,or when one does cleaning his neighbor would also do so.That's a positive vibe to start the day with.
If a man is dugyot then he is ungodly.How so?,he doesn't care about his body or his surroundings thus making the place unpleasant.
dugyot-i don't know any term of it.but it simply mean one who doesn't observe cleanliness.
A man who is ungodly does undesirable things to his body e.g vices therefore making himself unclean because vices destroy the body specially the internal organs,it is also a sin.On the otherhand, a godly man shuns himself from self destruction like those of vices.
The saying "cleanliness is next to godliness" is more of a logic than a prose but literally must be applied to make our world a better place
