Coins.Ph is the most popular e-wallet exchanger for crypto here in the Philippines. It has BTC, BCH, ETH, XRP and the fiat currency Php. It allows one to send funds or payments to money remittances here in the Philippines and abroad. Not only via remittances but to banks also. You can also receive or add funds using your Php address via the remittances and banks. In terms of crypto, d rin naman sya papahuli. You can receive and send cryptos like that of the ones mentioned.

Bills payment and buying load are also included in the services offered.

I bet most Filipino read.cash users use this wallet to their convenience. There may be other wallets out there for trading and other related crypto earning but at the end send the fund coins t in case of cashing it out.

When I was doing online selling way back 2017 and 2018, I added funds on my Php address on either Palawan Express or LBC. It was because I live in the village and I need to travel back and forth to town to make transactions. The fare and time were a waste and I keep every cent of profit I made in selling.

Suppliers were skeptical of their sellers even they have been in good transactions in the past. They even set specific days for payment before items were shipped. That's why I had to add funds first hand on my coins.ph Php address and other digital wallet app such as Western Union USSC app so that I can pay on time else my items would not be shipped during shipment day and I had to wait for the next shipment. Worst thing, my ordered items will be already out of stock.

However, I stopped online selling due to my sensitive pregnancy and I stopped using coins.ph for a while. When I tried workmines, I tried to add funds to my coins but noticed that it was not ID verified. Of course it was ID verified when I was still using it on my online selling. Nevertheless, the voter's ID (of my husband) which I used to verify it was no longer considered as a valid ID. I can no longer add and receive funds via remittances. But can still do wallet-to-wallet transactions or cash out via banks.

When I came across read.cash and earned bch, I converted it into our fiat currency when the price pumps. I still don't have much knowledge about crypto and holding it. I used my earnings to purchase online and pay thru banks such as Land Bank and PNB, other options like another wallet was G-cash. I always used instapay because within 10 minutes or less, the recipient would receive a notification already that the payment was successfully sent to his/her bank account or wallet.

My earnings since day 1 to December was spent on items I purchased online and it was also my source of e-load.

I was able to earn decent tips from the first two weeks of January this year. During those times, I kept reading articles of other users the benefits of hodling their bch earnings. I then learned how to do it. But the bot was a bit aloof since then until now.

One time when bch pumped, I sent some bch from my bitcoin.com wallet to coins.ph and later converted it to fiat. It is for my load funds. And recently I just made a purchase again online.

However, minutes passed and I haven't received a notification yet which was supposedly to be 10 minutes later because I used instapay. I checked my email but there really was none. So I again checked for the transaction history in coins but it says "processing."

I checked the following morning but still no notification. I clicked the help button beside the failed transaction and sent a ticket.

Hours later, I received this email from the team. So, it seems the problem was with the bank?

I then again sent another email with the same ticket number asking for updates but this reply was sent over.

It may be a small amount but it was something which one can't just pick it up from somewhere. I was thinking that thankfully, this didn't happen when I was making purchases of bigger amount in the past.

I was left thinking if it has something to do with the update of instapay? On the last week of February, I received an email saying that every transactions via instapay will be charge 10php.

Recently, I sent another email.

These messages can be found at the help center of the app with your ticket number regarding the matter.. I also received the same message in my gmail.

As of the moment, there's no assurance for the matter to be resolved. No hopes for a refund.

I was thinking what about the next or other transactions? Does it have to do with my ID not verified?

In my opinion, you should verify your id first so that your transactions will get smooth
