As gene pool of every individual in a population different, the character of each person vary greatly, with illustration, people have varying nature like different nature of the land (individual difference). people natures vary from being soft, hard, generous and miser as the same with that of land which vary from soft land, hard land, fertile land, barren field respectively. people have different personalities, emotional variability, varying temperament which makes reaction of individual to certain situation differs and also to win the heart of people you are dealing with, you have to know their personality.
Different experiment has been carried-out by scientist, different generalization has been drawn regarding differences in the behavior of human being, it was proven that even an identical twins are not completely the same in time of genetic proportion in there gene pool, thereby making them different potentially, although the differences might be mask physically and hidden but certainly the differences is surely there and might surface in next generation.
People might be wondering when things regarded as nothing was taken personal by others, we may feel that, the significant of helping others is gaining some amount of respect, to some people reverse might be the case, that is why if we encounter any unsuitable behavior from anyone, we should be wise enough to find an appropriate way to tackle it.
My personal experience
I once visited my neighbor in a hospital where she gave birth, next to her was another woman who find it difficult to gave birth herself and need financial assistance for operation, many people in the hospital help her with little they have but the money left to be paid is too much compare to what was realized. when my neighbor husband heard this , he decided to call his brother whom he knows better that he was successful and blessed with money, he then told him to send the person account number, in a nutshell, he didn't send the money but only came after my neighbor left and the woman #2000 (5 USD appx). that's absurd right? when my neighbor heard this he felt embarrassed and ashamed because he knows that he is a multi-millionaira. with the illustration above, that's the true nature of miser one, had it been he is generous, reverse would have been the case.
For a soft hearted person their reaction to every matters will be soft in approach, in an instances where a person was embarrassed by some set of people, a friend is informed whom is known to be softhearted, since they are soft person, their expression towards such case will always be soft, their utterance may be; you don't need to mind their behavior because they are ignorant, hence, don't come down to their level. please ignore them.
In contrast, if it has to be friend whom their nature is opposite to the earlier said, their reaction will be; what! are you joking? they must be very stupid, and you leave them? oh! you offend me for leaving them, let get them arrested, some sort like that.
Since Individual differences exist among people, to deal with this diversification one's has to know their personality and come up with an appropriate strategies in order to win people's heart.
