Sit or hover?

In using bathroom, do you sit or hover?

I do both depending on whom the bathroom belongs. At home, I sit because I’m confident that it’s clean. There are only five of us who uses it and the husband and I clean it from time to time and I told him to make sure that it stays cleans for the kids.

There are times that when I wnet to the city, I purposedly went inside a mall just yo relieve myself, do you do this too? Imagine how many people goes into the mall and uses their comfort rooms? There could be thousands everyday.

At work, I just hover. I don’t usually do the number 3 at work, Sometimes I wait for me to go home to do it. My biological clock tells me to poo in the evening or in the morning. But when I have some sort of indigestion, am kind of forced to do it wherever I was. But that would be the worst scenario.

After all these years, I have mastered the art of peeing while just hovering. I mean I can control myself not to do that splashes that can happen.

I started hovering in the bathroom since I had my first pregnancy. It was written in the gestation book the dos and don’ts to prevent infections. When I gave birth to my first child, I was hovering in the bathroom too, some of the patients does not keep the place clean and the cleaner doesn’t seem to do his job properly/ Used napkins are inserted everywhere, the trashcan looks like is vomiting the trash out because it’s so full. Don’t worry, I did not do the same of what some patients did, I packed my used napkin in a plastic and kept it. Of course, I did not keep it with the food and unused clothing, I also asked my husband to throw it properly in respect to nature and all.

In the restroom from where I work now, both men and women are using it. It does not have a urinal for males and the males who use it are so irresponsible, I see their pees on the lid of the bowl, some are even on the floor and it feels so gross. There are even times that there are pubic hairs that falls in the bowl and they don’t even care in pouring some water in there to keep it clean or at least hide it to some other people who uses it. I wonder how other women use it, or have they seen the urine on the bowl, eeeeh, gives me goose bumps.

There are many times that I nag about it but people don’t seem to care, they dot’ respect the people who might use it after them and especially the cleaner. I wonder how Naduma feels about seeing those urines and pubis hairs on the CR that he cleans. I feel sorry for him.

Yesterday, I saw bunch of hairs in the floor, and there is only one woman who has had long hair and I suspect that she was the one who combed her hair in the CR and did not even care to throw her fallen hair properly. Such people who have no respect at all.

There is even times when the bowl is not properly flushed. I mean we don’t have scarcity in water here and all they have to do is press something and the bowl will flush itself, but they can’t. Very depressing.

Seeing them do it in the public CR, makes me wonder how do they do on their own home. Do their wives and family clean it for them? What a pity.

If only I can command myself not to pee when I am here, I would. But I tried that once, it cost me to have a urinary tract infection, so the least that I can do is to hover over and pee. My kidney’s health is more import ant for me.
