My thoughts on home furnitures

Do you love home furnitures? Who would not, right? As technology heightened, so did the furniture and some people are very particular in them.

Who would not love them? They would make everthing look good in place and in order. They can hide things that you would not want to show other people. Dining would never be wonderful with a very pretty dining set, relaxing would never be as good with a very soft sofa in the living room and a bed or cabinets in the house.

I really dreamed of having cabinets in my house so everything will be in order.

The reality is that our house lacks dividers and cabinets and everything looks messy. Under the kitchen, there is a vacant space and we can put anything in there. But ther are lots of things already. I did not have the pleasure to take a picture of that area because of the mess.

Our room has many clothes and they all look messy too. I wish I had enough cabinets to put clothes with.

Our best has been extended twice with my husband's skill so that it can stull be used as our family grows. Now when all of our kids sleep with us in our home, the bed feel like it's very masikip that sometimes, I or my husband sleeps below in our kid's feet.

Last month, we saw our neighbours being delivered with a dining set. The agent that sold them was our classmate in highschool. Iit was a pretty furniture and I asked my husband if he likes furnitures too. He said yes but he wants to build it himself just like our sofa in the living room. He rebuilt the old bamboo chair and replaced the old and weak bamboo with a new one. He really is good at doing it.

But the only thing that stops him fromm doing it is me. Haha.. Well part of it was me but we lack tools for carpentry.

You see cabinets and all sorts of furnitures needs meticulous sizing and all. One wrong move and everything can be ruined. Is the cutting is not straight then you work will not look good.

When I was younger, my mother and I used ot build our clothes cabinet and kitchen cabinet. I'ts not that much to look at because they ere made with round timbers which are not straight but they served well. Until now, my mother still uses the same clothes cabinet and the kitchen cabinet.

Few weeks ago, I could not stop at nagging at my husband because I have been asking him to make a kitchen cabinet so that all the kitchen wares that we have will be arranged. When we got to visit my cousin whose husband is making a cabinet at that time, I asked him again then he decided to buy phenolic ply board.

When we were ready to install it, we realized thatphenlics were too heavy to use there and maybe the L-brackets that we are going to use cannot take its weight and give up along the way.

For now, I still have to be contented for what we have; maybe one of these days my husband will have the time and pleasure to finish the cabinet and that time will come that he will be able to buy carpentry tools and make everything he has in mind especially those things that we needed at home.

I never have though about my husband having lots of plans for our home but an very happy to know that he is interested in honing his skills in carpentry and design. Yeah, I'll include design because he is good at it.

Now I know why he disi not discuss with me about buying furnitures before that event.
