How do you like your eggs cooked?
Hello, lovely friends here in read.cash! I pray that you are all fine and safe.
I can't think of anything to write here today and got a bit hungry but the canteen was closed already. I was scrolling through some old pictures that I saved in my gallery and found these eggs in a frying pan.
By the way, how do you like your eggs being cooked? I searched google and found this wonderful article about how eggs are cooked. I'm not a fan of raw and almost raw food so I am sure I have not eaten some of the ways eggs are done. This is the article:

Sunny side up is what I cook the most. I love it when the sunny side up has scorched egg whites on teh side and bottom and a not-so-runny-egg yolk. Honestly, I just found out that there are ten ways of cooking eggs. I thought there was just scrambled, Sunnyside up, omelet, and boiled. Nothing fancy, it's food and for me when it's cooked.
Before this article, I used to tell my husband to fry or boil the eggs, and that's how I know it was cooked, nothing more. It will be my husband's decision if whether he would beat the eggs or do a sunny side up when fried.
But my favorite is Omelet especially when my mother cooks it! It was my father's favorite too! it was just a simple omelet and is stuffed with sauteed garlic, shallots, and tomatoes!
What about you? How do you like your eggs cooked?
I love to have it sunny side up and at times I want scrambled with many tomatoes or boiler egg if I go lazy..hehehe
