What is the biggest trap in life that people fall into?

I thought a lot before daring to answer:
I did not know before watching the German series DARK that time is terrifying to the extent that it terrified me after watching. One sentence taken from one text, for one scene:
"One of us repeats with confidence (I do not have the time to do this or that) and the truth is that we do not have time, it is time that owns us".

Did you know, dear reader, that you don't have a split second?And do you know that you are trapped in three lines, past, present and future, you had no hand in the events of the past time, and you do not control much of what happens in the present time, and you do not know what the future is and what it holds in its time.You end and time is endless, and although it extends to infinity, the opportunity to make up for a second is a fantasy in a fantasy.

Each of us should contemplate the power of time, we don't have time to do anything or make up for something else, because we don't have time.We don't do the thing because we don't do it -dot-.And what we know is a drop and what we don’t know is an ocean, and the disappointment that comes to us because of time is because we have miscalculated, and controlled, and deluded ourselves that we have what we do not have.

We must use every second of our lives to move forward in this life and strive towards achieving our goals and reaching happiness.

"Don't fall into the trap of having time, you don't have it and you'd rather not waste what you don't have!"
