I created this one to promote Women Empowerment and Gender Equality as member of this society. We should spread the positivity and inspire every women around the world to know their worth and role in the society which they belong.
But, before that... Let's answer this questions:
What is Women's Empowerment?
From the word "Empower" . It means that we allow, we enabling, we entitling or give power to ourselves or to the people around us. It is the people having power and control over for their own lives. So, Women's empowerment can be defined in promoting women's self-confident, determine their abilities, promoting sense of self-worth, knowing their own choices or decisions in life, their right to influence in social change for themselves and to the others for the goodness of the society and also for knowing their rights and role to the society which they belong.
How We Can Promote Women's Empowerment?
There are so many ways in promoting women empowerment. But, how we can promote women empowerment if we cannot empower ourselves? If we are lack of self-confident?... We cannot empower someone else or make someone empowered if we don't working on it first in ourselves. It should be set aside first in our own self in order to lift up and empower women. :)
This are the Some Ways to Empower Women:
By opening our ears to listen them.
By boosting their self-confident and self-esteem.
By being a good role model to all.
Lead by an example of a good leader.
Shut down negativity.
Advocate every women.
Lift up women.
Give some motivational learnings to them.
Encourage them to be the person they wanted to be.
Accept them and treat them special.
And many more....
Women's empowerment is a critical aspect of achieving gender equality. When we empowered women and girls, it will contribute to the good productivity of their families, communities, and societies in creating a good effect that can benefits to everyone. Especially, in our country.
What is Gender Equality and Gender Role?
Gender Equality is very important to us. It prevents or avoid violence against women and girls. Because, it refers to the equal participation of both men and women in the different life domains in the society, family, economy, social life, politics, and education.
If we treat each other's gender as equal role. I mean, we respect each others gender. Then, it serves as a way to have peace in our society. Gender equality means that both men and women have equal power and equal opportunities in terms of their educational system, personal development, inner self, financial independence, making decisions and their rights.
So, as a women, we need to lift up the gender equality in our society. To lessen the discrimination and bullying in each genders, not only for women but also for men. Let us "UPLIFTING HUMANITY in our COUNTRY by RESPECTING EACH OTHER and TREAT EACH OTHER AS ONE".
-----My Advocacy Speech Before about Women Empowerment and Gender Equality-----
"Women today and before have change a lot. For how many years, women's rights movement are fought hard to address equality. But, first of all, we need to understand the empowerment of what women's really means if we have to understand its impacts.
Empowerment is about being given authority and power to do something. About becoming stronger, and confident. It means to become aware of what one's life privileges and it is the ability to control one's life in meaningful and fullfiling way.
Every women has the ability to their rights, to control their life and benefit from their resources, assets, income and also to control their own time.
Right now, women and men around the world had part of the unpresidented movement for women's right equality and justice.
Every women deserves to be respect, to be happy, to loved, to have freedom, and enjoy the kind of life they wanted to. We should fight for our rights, and do what ever we want to do in life.
We should have confident, to empower women around the world. To encourage them to have self-esteem, self-reliance, to be independent, and to know their capabilities, responsibilities as part of the society. We should teach them on how to face the difficult situation and to be active in a various socio-economic or political development in our society.
It doesn't mean that we are ONLY WOMEN. Because, our PART, our ROLE are very important. We have greatest role in the society. As a mother, to become mother, wife and so on... As we can see eventhough we have women president, governor and any political positions. Women can LEAD, they have the ability to lead, to become a leader in the society. But, still the discrimination, the negative comments, the inequality about women are continuing.
One way to stop this thing, is to STAND By OURSELVES. STAND AS WOMEN, FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS and PROMOTE GENDER EQUALITY. Because, we DESERVE EVERYTHING. And I know that we can prove it in ourself and prove it around the world that we can do all the things and we have the capabilities in doing men's job, to lead and change the world.
Please put your right hand in your chest and say this:
"I AS A WOMEN AND I KNOW MY CAPABILITIES"
--I'm not good in putting, make ups, but....Yeah, practice makes perfect. :)
Remember that, no matter what skin color we have, even we have pimples or acnes in face, even we are rich or poor. But, still. We are Equal. We have equal responsibilities and oppurtunities becauseļ¼God Created us as most likely with His image. :)
