I read something because I was mentioned. The notifications showed me the way. I only needed to click and wait until the text loaded. I read and wondered.
Question: What is news?
Next question: Does real news exist?
More questions: Is real news real abroad too?
News... What is news to me might be no news to you. What the media tells me, wants me to know or believe might be the opposite of the news you hear, your media wants you to know, makes you believe, or what you like to believe. Have you ever asked yourself if what they taught and told you is true? Have you ever questioned anything? After you heard the latest news did you search for the news behind the news? Did you take the time to visit tv and radio channels, read books about the topic? Have you checked several foreign newspapers to know more? If so you know what I mean. While traveling I am in four different countries and each radio station spreads the same news in a complete different way.
As the text loaded I noticed a discussion was going on. Some discussions are good, others are pointless. Perhaps I should say most are pointless because they are rarely discussions more like arguments or even fights. I say A and someone else says B, the next one C or D and since no one agrees, people get angry et veteran. If this happens it's a waste of time to share an opinion or situation because someone likes to hear s/he is right and the magic word (you are right) isn't said.
Question: Is there a right?
Next question: Is there a wrong?
No one can really answer these questions because it all depends on the questions, how they are asked (keep that nasty, advocate that tries to trick you in mind), where you live, by which values or norms or rules or how you like to call them you live.
The fact is that most of the news we see on the Mainstream isn't completely true Its been sponsored by politics, by private individuals to make A look good and B look bad. Soetimes, you listen to the news and you hear nothing good, especially in this pandemic. Tragic really.
