What does it mean to be healthy? What else does it mean to live healthy? What else do you need besides physical health? I asked office workers to define health.
There were so many opinions about being able to move in order to do what they want, about balance of body and mind, about good nutrition and good packaging, about the ability to be happy and about stability of the soul. Yes. Health is not only about physical health. Divide it into 4 main categories.
First, it is physical health.
This means that you can move as much as you like and that there are no abnormalities in the functions of all the organs, brain and limbs that make up the body. This means that the five senses work in a balanced way, and there is no problem with movement that can achieve anything. To maintain this physical health, we exercise, eat evenly, and avoid unhealthy foods and tastes in order to have a balanced diet.
Secondly, it is Spiritual Health.
With a pure soul and sane mind, she always respects and respects others with gratitude for her existence. For this purpose, they practice religious activities, pray and practice yoga. Take time to meditate and reflect. Respect the philosophy of slowness. He gains weight by sharing himself with God.
Third is emotional health.
She does not lose her beautiful smile, but shows a bright expression and clear eyes. Shows a stable figure with a cheerful voice and wins the favor of others. A posture appears that does not cause anxiety and impatience. To do this, they listen to beautiful music, visit art exhibitions, read history and literature. Make it a habit to spend your free time and regularly act in the right place.
Fourth is mental health.
Thoughts and opinions are unlimited and maintain a clear mental state. They try to see things at once and recognize the value of invisibility. To do this, they accumulate deep knowledge and varied experience, try to abandon prejudice and avoid intolerance. Become aware of yourself through the appearance of others and learn from mistakes and failures.
The simplest of the four above is maintaining physical health. Eating well, running well, taking medication from time to time, or going to the hospital is easier than anything else.
However, it doesn't seem to be easy to strike a healthy balance between spiritual health and emotionality and live well with mind. It is also difficult to understand the difference between emotion and reason, or to distinguish the spiritual from the emotional. I think this is all gigantic. However, there will be differences. Hence, the expression of the language must be different.
No matter how educated people are, even people with immense power and infinite wealth, even if their beauty is outstanding and their body is outstanding, there are people who are degraded and confused because their minds are sick and cannot overcome emotional anxiety. It is a great pity that there are people among the leaders who do not end their defeat and do not make members and people sick.
2500 years ago, Hippocrates said: "A good doctor has no right to be sick." It is social and national unhappiness that causes deviations in the minds and emotions of leaders and demonstrates emotional distress. Their lazy and irresponsible habits and the state of mind of their greedy and unbridled leaders upset people. These days I feel how difficult it is to live well and die well.
