Turkey fillet two simple recipes ideal for a weekend in good company. I have prepared turkey breast in a variety of ways and this also tastes great and is very simple. Homemade turkey kebab and breaded turkey in salted cornflakes. It can be served standard on a plate or in a hamburger pastry as I decided in this video recipe or in unleavened quick cakes
Preparation:
Cut the turkey breast into smaller steaks as shown in the video recipe. The exact quantities are listed above in the list of ingredients (writes: openings for the list of ingredients)
Over the meat add a mixture of spices (or salt) sweet pepper (allspice) a little garlic powder, pepper and yogurt
Stir everything well and leave in the fridge for at least an hour (maybe overnight), stirring occasionally
For the second variant and definitely the fastest, cut the turkey into nagets shapes and add salt, pepper, flour and stir
Whisk the egg on the side and mix with the meat
Now roll the turkey nuggets in bread crumbs or like me in cornflakes, which ultimately tastes phenomenal and is really a recommendation
Fry for a few minutes in deep fat until the desired color and leave briefly on a napkin to drain any excess fat
Take out the turkey for homemade kebab and stack on a large skewer (or two) that you have dipped through the halved larger potatoes
TIP: The preparation is shown much more clearly in the video recipe
If desired, you can put a sheet of prosciutto or ham between each piece of meat
Now close the top with the other half of the potatoes and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 220 C
After the time has elapsed, remove the potatoes from the side and leave for another 15-20 minutes in the oven to bake
Remove from the oven and immediately slice hot
TIP: Don't throw away the potatoes (at least the one above) because they taste like potato pole (shelves), just peel it and add a little salt.
As I have already written, you can serve a turkey fillet prepared in this way at your discretion, creation and moment of inspiration. Somehow it was easiest for me to put everything in a pastry with a little lettuce and sauce
Before preparing, I advise you to watch the quick video recipe for turkey fillet so that you do not make a mistake in the preparation
