Rum Tile Mixture:

  • 3 Smaller Potatoes (300g)

  • 100 G Cooking Chocolate

  • 100 G Butter

  • 150 G Powdered Sugar

  • 400 G Petit Biscuits (Grind)

  • 1 Vel. Žl. Cocoa Powder For Cakes (10 Grams)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Vanilla Sugar

  • 5 Vel. Žl. Ruma

Chocolate Glaze:

  • 1 Vel. Žl. Oils

  • 50 G Butter

  • 100 G Cooking Chocolate

1.Peel the potatoes and cut as needed so that all its parts are similar in size so that one part is not very large and the other very small, so it happens that one part is overcooked and the other is still raw. As soon as the water boils, cook the potatoes for 15 minutes

2.Mash the hot potatoes and immediately add the cooking chocolate and butter

3.Immediately melt everything while blending

4.Add ground biscuits, powdered sugar, cocoa cake powder, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and rum according to the amount listed above in the list of ingredients. You can also have a little more rum, so have fun with your colleagues over coffee

1.Now mash everything together to get a puree of all the ingredients

2.Transfer the rum mixture to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The dimensions of the sheet metal don’t matter, I used 35 × 30 but if yours is smaller, it doesn’t matter. From the leftovers, you can make rum balls/dumplings. Distribute and level the mixture. You can help yourself with a smaller roller if you have one or with glass. However, it doesn’t have to be perfectly flat like glass, because the chocolate glaze goes up anyway, which will fill in the bumps anyway

3.Now make the glaze. You can prepare it steamed or melt margarine in a tablespoon of oil and turn off the heat. Add the chocolate cubes and wait for the chocolate to melt while mixing with a spoon

4.Pour the icing over the cake

Cool first at room temperature for at least 15-20 minutes and then store in the refrigerator to harden everything for about an hour. You can also go deep for 15 minutes if you are in a hurry but best gradually in the fridge. After the time has elapsed to turn the cake over on the icing, it is now firm so it will not leave traces of course. Remove baking paper
