A refreshing lemon syrup without cooking and preservatives. Store in the refrigerator until drunk.
Components:
800 g of lemon
1600 g of sugar
40 g of lemon juice or 4 sachets
2l of water
Preparation:
Wash the lemon and cut off the ends and impurities on the peel, if any.
Grind a lemon on a meat grinder or blender.
Shake the lemon in a large bowl, then add sugar, lemon juice, and pour water.
Cover and let stand 24h. Stir occasionally during these 24 hours to dissolve the sugar.
The next day, strain first through a large strainer, and only then through a small one. It's much simpler and goes faster than when you immediately squeeze through a small one.
Pour into bottles and refrigerate until done.
