Bark ingredients:
6 eggs
160 g of sugar
a bag of vanilla sugar
160 g flour
half a bag of baking powder
50 g ground almonds
flour and mold coating oil
Ingredients for the filling:
300 ml of milk
100 g of sugar
1 tablespoon density
250 g butter
100 g raspberries
80 g of raspberry jam
Ingredients for decoration:
50 g coconut
40 g of marzipan
a teaspoon of cocoa
pink food coloring
Preparation - Hello Kitty cake:
1 step: Pour and flour a round cake tin with a diameter of 28 cm.
2 step: Whisk the egg whites into the sham and add the sugar.
3 step: Whisk the egg yolks with the vanilla sugar separately. Slowly mix the two mixtures.
4 step: Add sifted flour and baking powder and almonds. Stir everything slowly and pour into a mold.
5 step: Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 45 minutes. Wait for the crust to cool, then take it out of the mold and cut it twice horizontally to get three crusts.
6 step: Boil a thick cream of milk, sugar, and thickener. Stir constantly until cool. Then mix the diced butter and mix until a smooth homogeneous mixture is obtained.
7 step: Mash the raspberries with a fork. Separate a third of the filling, and add raspberries to the rest.
8 step: Coat the first crust with half of the jam, then half of the raspberry filling, fold in the second crust, and coat it with the rest of the raspberry jam and filling. Fold it with the third crust and put it in the fridge to harden.
9 step: When the filling is firm, cut a cake in the shape of Hello Kitty.
10 step: Coat the whole cake with the rest of the filling (without raspberries) and sprinkle with coconut. Paint a part of the marzipan with cocoa and make eyes and mustaches, and paint a part with food coloring and make a nose and a bow.
