Fish burgers

My children are not fans of fish burgers, but they are delighted with this combination. They also like those sticks, but I don't like them, because somehow when I don't know what it's made of, I don't like shopping and feeding children. This is how fish, spices and frying are ground, and that's it. It can be with potato salad or salad with chard, for us seniors, and for children in kajzerice and everyone's favorite. They can be lean and greasy, depending on the bread in which you roll them, there is already a recipe for fasting breading and you can find it with us, and we all already know how to fry bread in eggs, the only question is whether you will make the final rolling in flour , bread crumbs, perhaps in corn flour or ground cornflakes.

Components:

1 kg of minced fish meat - you can buy it in the fish market, just ask, because it is not kept in display cases, or if they do not have it, order

1 tablespoon dry spice

1 full teaspoon pepper

1 equal teaspoon of garlic in granules

1 full teaspoon ground red pepper

1 tablespoon dried primrose leaf

2 full spoons of fanta - spices for fish soup - this part is optional, my children are supporters of a milder taste, so sometimes I don't even put it, who likes a stronger taste, let him put more spicy ones freely

on top of a teaspoon of salt or not add, it depends on how salty you like, it is better to try without because we have already added dry spice and a boy in which there is salt

3 tablespoons pretzels (bread crumbs)

on top of a teaspoon of baking soda

flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Preparation:

If the fish is semi-frozen, wait for it to thaw, then add the above ingredients.

Bread crumbs here serve to pick up excess water and make burgers easy to shape.

Mix well by hand, to obtain a compact mass and to color it evenly. You will see that for yourself, first the fish meat will be different from the spices, but when you mix it well, everything will be the same color, some bright red, dark orange.

I excluded the boy, so they are lighter, with very little red pepper.

Then shape into balls.

Take one clean bag or cellophane and fold it in half.

Open it, then apply one point of oil with a brush on one half, exactly in the middle of the bag, put a ball, and even just touch it with a brush. Fold the bag and squeeze the plate, underside. Just be careful not to overdo it, they should be between 5 - 10 millimeters.

Then take a wider glass or donut mold and take out the correct circle. Collect what you have left in a pile, and from more burgers and leftovers, you will eventually get one or two more burgers.

Arrange them on a tray sprinkled with flour and then place the tray in the freezer for an hour.

I got 3 trays like this from one pound of fish. 21 pieces.

After an hour, put the baking oil to heat up and roll it in flour, egg and crumbs or in a lean breading, however you decide, and bake on a medium to high heat until golden brown.

Drain the baked burgers on a napkin and serve warm.
