Ingredients:

WET INGREDIENTS:

7g Sugar

50ml of lukewarm water

3g Dry Yeast (Or A Little Less Than A Standard 7g Packet)

2dl Cold Milk

50 Ml Oil

75g Butter

A glass (180g) of Yogurt or Sour Cream

Spoon of Rum (Option, Or Spoon of Milk)

Spoon Vanilla Flavoring (Optional, Or Vanilla Sugar Add To Dry Ingredients)

DRY INGREDIENTS:

700g Smooth Flour

50g Sugar

Baking Powder (12g)

Grated Crust Half a Lemon

5g Salt

Stuffing: Optional; Chocolate, Jam, Marmalade And I Can Empty

Preparation:

In one bowl add sugar, dry yeast, lukewarm water and mix well. The exact quantities are listed except in the video and above in the list of ingredients (writes: openings for the list of ingredients)

Immediately add smooth flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, grated lemon zest to another bowl and mix well

As soon as you mix the dry ingredients (flour and other) add cold milk to a bowl with yeast, then sour cream or yogurt, optionally a teaspoon of rum, vanilla flavor and stir

TIP: You can add the same amount of milk instead of rum. Instead of vanilla flavors, you can add vanilla sugar to dry ingredients (flour and other)

Now melt the butter in the oil in a saucepan and immediately pour hot into the wet ingredients and stir again

Immediately add the wet ingredients to half of the dry ones and mix well or slap / beat the dough

Now knead the dough further according to the detailed presentation in the video recipe. Just adding the remaining flour is still easy

TIP: The resulting dough for quick buns is soft but not sticky to the fingers, so do not add more flour on your own initiative because they will not be as tasty as the menu in the end

Immediately separate a small part and thin between your hands and put the filling as desired. I used chocolate hazelnut spread, dark and white chocolate, plum jam and apricot jam

TIP: If someone is a perfectionist and wants everyone to be equal, each weighs 90g and then you will get 15 buns

Arrange on a baking sheet (30 × 20) previously coated with butter and floured. Shake off excess flour

You don't have to wait for them to rise and you don't have to coat them and put them in a cold oven like standard and classic homemade buns

It is enough to leave these quick buns to stand at room temperature for only as long as it takes the oven to heat up.

Quick buns are baked for half an hour at 200 C. After baking, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve
