Corona buns are contagious as a virus recipe. Extremely tasty rolls that you probably haven’t tried. The taste is phenomenal and I would definitely love to prepare these corona buns as soon as possible. Maybe for the weekend. I prepared rolls stuffed with ham and cheese but also hot dogs in the batter. I'm sorry that I can't get a taste of the screen in the video like this. Still, I secretly wish that those most faithful companions would surely dare and prepare corona rolls. Don't worry, nothing will happen to you
1.Slice the butter and melt in a saucepan and remove it from the heat. Cool briefly to keep the melted butter lukewarm. Exact quantities, except in the video recipe, are written higher in the list of ingredients (writes: open the list of ingredients)
2.Add smooth flour to one bowl, then add salt and dry yeast and mix well
3.In another bowl add lukewarm melted butter and corona beer. Stir well, then gradually add the flour to the mixture of light beer and melted butter and knead the dough as shown above in the video recipe
4.to rise covered in a preheated oven at 50C. Don’t forget to turn off the oven when you put the beer leavened dough inside
5. Now knead the dough and divide it into 12 equal parts
6. Each ball has 90g to make it easier and simpler for you later in the recipe for crown rolls
7. Thin each part thinly into a rectangular shape and according to the detailed instructions above in the video recipe, stuff the rolls with ham and cheese or make hot dogs in the dough. Narabo can stuff any, just close it as I have shown so that the stuffing does not leak
8. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, coat with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds
9. Allow the rolls to rise for 20 minutes at room temperature, before baking
10. Bake Corona rolls for 22 minutes at 210 C
11. Coat the baked stuffed rolls with a little oil, cool briefly, and serve
Good one
