Shrimp Chicken Chit Patte Rice
Ingredients:
Chicken 0.5 kg,
Qima 200 gms,
Prawns 0.5 kg,
Rice 0.5 kg,
Rice 0.5 kg,
Salt to taste,
Garlic 1 tbsp,
Onion 1 tbsp,
Chopped Red Pepper 1 tbsp,
Lemon 2 tbsp,
Red and Yellow Capsicum 1 tbsp.
Three cups,
half a teaspoon of chopped black pepper,
one teaspoon of celery,
two tablespoons of parsley,
a pinch of saffron,
cooking oil as required.
Finely chop the onion, chop the chicken and clean and wash the prawns. Wash the rice and soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out the juice of one lemon and scrape off the peel of one lemon. In a bowl, add salt, a tablespoon, garlic, jojoba, a tablespoon of chopped red pepper and two to three tablespoons of cooking oil, mix and marinate the chicken seasonings and refrigerate for half an hour. ۔ In a large pan, lightly fry two to three tablespoons of garlic and red pepper in cooking oil. In a separate pan, fry the marinated chicken in a tablespoon of cooking oil over high heat until golden brown. Cover and simmer over medium heat, then fry over high heat for three to four minutes. When the water of the minced meat is dry, add prawns in it and add lemon juice and small pieces of capsicum and fry it. Remove from the stove. Put it on the tail.
