Hello, everyone! I know some people experiencing or doubting their own self. We should prioritize our mental, physical, and emotional health.

Good self-care is the key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. Self-care doesn't mean you are selfish -- it is only prioritizing your own self. If you're taking care of ourself, you'll be able to take care of others too.

You might wondering or asking to your own self, how or where do I start?

Here's some tips you might want to know.

- Find your own rhythm and routine that works for you

- Create an active plan you'll be happy with

- Learn to say "no", if you don't want to do it -- don't do it. Don't ever think about what will people says. If it ain't makes you happy, it's not. Don't force yourself.

- Exercise and a healthy diet

- Get enough sleep (7-8 hours a day)

- Spend time with your loved ones

- Relax and try not to think about anything to have a peace of mind.

These are only some tips or ways in taking care of yourself. If you have any idea, just comment.

Anyways, always ask people if they're okay. It means a lot.
