The judge in us

For a good life, we must first beautify the place where we are. Beauty begins to form around us, starting from within. Escape from our lives is a temporary solution. Transforming is the real solution. And this transformation is within us.

If we want to be loved, we must first learn to love. For this, our hearts must open to love. In this way, we can receive and give love.

The basis of not trusting people is not trusting ourselves. We are afraid of being deceived because we do not trust ourselves. We must first trust ourselves. We must trust that God, the universe, will keep us safe. We have to believe we are safe.

A certain amount of doubt can be useful in our lives. However, too much doubt harms both us and the people in our lives.

If our sense of taste is poor, we cannot enjoy even the most wonderful flavors in the world. We must first try to enjoy what we have, what is in our lives. Of course, every recipe may have a difference in the taste of the food we go to. But we must be aware of the flavors in our lives so that we can enjoy it when we try different flavors.

A person who is not satisfied with anything will always have a valid excuse. It will always find a flaw. In the most beautiful place of the world, together with the most wonderful people in the world, he will surely find a reason to be unhappy, even if it is the most amazing tastes of the world.

There are also those who look for mistakes and defects in everyone. They make themselves appear perfect, but deep inside there is a person who is not satisfied with them.

All these character structures are a reflection of the world within us.

We don't have to be perfect. But we have to be good people. We don't have to be perfect. But we must be nice to each other. We don't have to be the happiest person in the world. But we must learn to be thankful, to be grateful.

If we learned to see beauty instead of being a person looking for flaws, maybe that flaw wouldn't matter.

It is important to know, to be informed. However, we cannot force people to learn. Ignorance is not just knowing about something. Ignorance is not being aware of our own ignorance. Those who think they know everything are actually the ones who know the least. Because they are closed to learning something new. Even scientific theories can become invalid with new knowledge.

Even science, which we see as the most reliable source of information in the world, constantly develops with new information. Indeed, the way to progress is to not assume old knowledge as universal facts. Everything that is not open to change is in a sealed box. Yet the universe is full of unlimited information.

If we are not as happy as a child in our lives, if we are not open to learning with the curiosity of a child, if we are not able to love without judgment like a child, nothing we know perhaps does not matter.

If what we know does not make the world better, if it does not give people happiness, if it does not make people feel safe, if the world is better when people are absent, then what we know has nothing to do with development and progress.

Civilizations that we believe to have disappeared in the past, such as Lemuria and Atlantis, are said to be highly developed civilizations.

Development is twofold. Material and spiritual development. As far as I know, both civilizations were technologically and spiritually advanced. However, these civilizations progressed technologically enough to destroy humanity and the world. They could not realize this because spiritual development stopped. As I understand it, it was the weakening of spiritual development that brought the end of these civilizations. Because in a society with weak spiritual development, material values are above spiritual values. Spiritual ascension is not just about religions. It is about valuing life, people and all living things. It's about giving importance to love.

The world, the universe, is full of life and vitality. Everything is interdependent. We devalue ourselves by underestimating another life. When we help someone else, we are helping ourselves. When we hurt someone, we do the harm to ourselves. Whatever we do to the whole will return to us.

Our body is made up of trillions of cells and quadrillions of atoms. A cellular disease affects our entire body. Likewise, damage to any living creature in the universe affects the entire universe.

Our knowledge should make the universe a better place, support development and life. If we see a flaw in someone else, we should also consider the possibility that it may actually be our reflection in the mirror. Making peace with ourselves can save us from looking for faults.

Is the world sick? So we must heal within ourselves. Is the world bad? We can heal whatever is for this in us. Isn't the world a safe place? So we must trust ourselves and the universe and feel safe. Is the world a hell? So we must start building heaven within ourselves.

The truth is that the world inside is what it is in the world outside us. When the world changes within us, the world outside also changes.

If there is heaven within us, every place we go is paradise. If our hearts are open to love, we will see loving people and a loving world around us. Love is everywhere. We created the hate in the world. God's light is everywhere but we can't see it yet. Information is everywhere. There are only a few of them in the books.

There should be some doubt, some questioning of course, but first we should be able to start questioning our own old knowledge.

I shared this article as I first wrote it. Thank you for reading.

I love your article. I agree with you. It is really motivating, there is beauty in the world and we should not lose faith. Questioning our own self is necessary to find inner peace and then see the world.

I thank you dear gertu. Yes to get to know ourselves, it is necessary to question our self without judgment. In this way, we can recognize others, the world and universe.

Every individual has a judge in themselves.I absolutely, agree with you.We set a boundaries for ourselves,we make decisions,we judge ourselves or others,.....But you have to be "not too strict" with yourself to be able to live a beautiful life.

To me, being very strict to ourselves and against others is to be in excessive judicial, expectation and fear. So, being calm and comfortable, it alleviates us.
