Rebuild Trust
Trust is as important as life itself. Trusting yourself, trusting other people, trusting the universe, trusting what life will bring, trusting God for me. In my personal experience, even the loss of trust in any of them affects us deeply.
Damage to our confidence is not only a psychological problem, but also strongly influences our decisions.
The more we trust someone, the more we begin to love them. We also distance ourselves emotionally from people who undermine our trust.
People who lose their trust in people often start to distance themselves from people by creating an emotional barrier around them.
How can we increase our trust in life, people, nature, the universe and God? I think this is where we find it most difficult.
Thankfully, trust that has been reduced by a person, event, or situation can be strengthened by another person, event, or situation. But it is also possible for us to rebuild trust within ourselves without making it dependent on other people, events or situations. We can achieve this by reminding ourselves of that feeling. A sense of trust.
Just as repetitive negative emotions and thoughts keep us negative, we can increase these emotions by trying to feel positive emotions such as trust and peace again.
The power of a person or event to distract us from negative feelings and thoughts is the reminder and repetition of positive feelings and thoughts.
Maybe it's best to try to remember feelings like trust and peace until everything becomes automatic.

Trust is hard to rebuild if it puts you so much pain that you loss and question yourself about the wrong things you did.
