Generalizations Are Not Absolute Facts!

No matter how much I talk about perspectives, it's still not enough. But I want to talk about perspectives again. 😊

Some suggest less sleep. Others say we need at least 8 hours of sleep. In the military, I had a commander who said that 4 hours of sleep was enough. A friend of mine I met last year used to say that he slept a maximum of 3 hours. However, our body is smart enough to know what it needs after we don't put an extra burden on our body.

If you believe that 3 hours of sleep is enough for you, it does not mean that 3 hours of sleep is enough for everyone's body.

If we have a sedentary life, little sleep can be enough if our body is not tired. However, intense physical or mental activity can cause our bodies to need more sleep.

Likewise, nutrition. If our daily movement is limited, our body needs less energy. But intense physical activity may require us to feed on stronger foods. The diet of an athlete who does weightlifting or bodybuilding does not and should not be the same as that of someone sitting in front of a computer in the office.

During sleep, our bodily activities slow down. Our breathing, heart rate, kidneys work slower.

We get hungry more outdoors.

When our brain does not get enough oxygen, we yawn.

In hot weather, the pores on our skin expand, we sweat and become more thirsty.

In other words, the way our body works and its needs vary according to location, situation, climate, air temperature, amount of oxygen, genetic factors and age.

How many hours of sleep do those who say "sleep less" mean? What is the limit for too much sleep? Why do we lose our appetite when we are sick? Why do we feel cold and dream more when our fever rises?

All I know is our body is much smarter than we think. When we force our body to sleep less, not to sleep at night, and to get up in the morning, it adapts after a while. But it still knows what he needs.

However, when we force our body to do something excessively for a long time and do not give it what it needs, it starts to give warnings.

If we do not sleep enough, we may experience effects such as irritability, distraction, weakening of memory, loss of balance, and hallucinations.

Likewise, malnutrition has many negative effects.

Generalizations such as "So sleep less, eat less, sleep less!" may not do us any favors.

Let me tell you frankly, I get angry when I hear a generalization. Because generalizations made without considering conditions, place, time, factors, duration and differences are irrational.

Generalization can only help us to reason. But the idea of reaching the truth by generalizing is absurd.

Even statistical calculations cannot reflect the full truth, and it is not correct to present an idea obtained through generalization as an absolute truth.

The generalization that "women are smarter than men" is wrong.

The generalization that "men are smarter than women" is also wrong.

The generalization that "little sleep is beneficial" is wrong.

Each person's body varies according to circumstances, circumstances, and even whether their needs are met. Our body's needs, which change even when we are babies, adolescence, when we become adults, and even when our body begins to age, are not the same in all circumstances and times. Moreover, it is not wise to generalize every person without considering the conditions in which they live.

The world is said to be in the age of Aquarius. So the information age.

Is astrology a science? I do not know. However, this is the information that astrology offers us as a result of the calculations made with the positions of the planets and the information obtained over the years. At least it's much smarter than generalizations. Information age, what does the Data Age mean? How did artificial intelligence evolve so much? Why is the collection and processing of personal data so important?

As I understand it, knowledge is now more important than money. Because this is the conclusion I draw from the information I have obtained. It's pretty logical too. "At least a little sleep is helpful" makes more sense than his generalization.

What I mean is this: Before generalizing, it is important that we evaluate all the information you have acquired in the triangle of logic, reason and intelligence. The more we know about a subject, the more likely our ideas are to be true.

We should not make the mistake of having an opinion without our knowledge. Let's not forget that even scientific theories can be disproved with new information.

Books do not lead us to absolute knowledge.

Books do not lead us to absolute knowledge. Instead of accepting everything as it is, it would be more accurate to filter it through reason, intelligence and logic.

I haven't written an article for a while. Actually, I didn't want to write it because read.cash's algorithm @TheRandomRewander ignored my previous 3 articles. Because writing an original article really takes time. I love writing articles, but I believe that every effort should have a counterpart. I hope this article gets the reward it deserves.

Thank you for reading.

Love, Respect and Greetings
