Cryptocurrency, will revolutionize, not only, how we do transactions, but, it will change our view on investing. There are many coins, within the Real Estate sector, and I chose to check out the second, in capitalization, at the time of writing this article. ECOREAL, will be the coin, that I'm looking at now.

What is Ecoreal?

The Ecoreal, Estate Project, is a decentralized platform to make it easy, to buy and sell Real Estate properties, around the world. With the use of blockchain technology, the participants can easily execute transactions with the real estate. The system has three key features. The first, is property search. The second, allows you to obtain information, about the contractors, and the third, eases settlement.

What is the ECOREAL token?

The token, is the main tool, to do transactions, on the platform. There are 1,000,000,000 ECOREAL, tokens issued, and only 125,000,000 will be used in this project. The token is an Ethereum ERC-20 token, and it is not mined. The token shortcut is ECOREAL.

What are the benefits?

With the use of a cryptocurrency token, you can have speed processing, as in many countries, the purchase involves KYC, and traditional loan application, that may take months, to finish. Transaction finalization, may take long too, because of the large amounts of data, collected, from different databases.

Are there any risks?

Participation in the project, has some risks. We may see a market turn-down, and the value of real estate, may fall globally. Regulation, may change, so it might be harder, to sell the property. There are operational risks, like terrorist attacks, or war escalation, geopolitical issues, or pandemic issues, that may affect, the property's value. There are taxation changes risks, also.
