It is said that at one time birds were more intelligent than humans. They did not need a king or ministers to advise the king, nor did they need a jirga of birds to sit together and make laws for them.
In those days, whenever the birds were together, they would happily gossip and tell each other who was born and who died. Which birds have become orphans and they used to tell each other important issues instead of making rules.
Their law was the same, the law of love and friendship. They knew neither hatred nor anger, but then a deceiver entered their territory. He looked around and saw that birds were the enemy of happiness.

His eyes are like precious stones, he can see only at night and when other birds fly in the light, he cannot see anything. So he will not interfere in anyone's affairs and everyone will do what his heart desires.
