The Nightmare:

The term nightmare, I dislike the term most. So let's discuss nightmares, you all are well known that the nightmare is a very much disturbing dream associated with negative feelings, negative dreams, horror things such as anxiety or fear that usually awakens us and we got to fear for the remaining night then. I think everyone has the experience about it, but it seems the nightmares are common in our children but can happen at any age actually. Although it has the bad feelings most of us it seems the occasional nightmares normally are nothing to worry about it so far I have experienced it.

Surprisingly, the last night I had an experience of a horrible nightmare, suddenly I awakened for this and got so much fear and my deep sleep was going away, I feel that an evil spirit formerly thought to oppress me during the deep sleep. It was a frightening dream that totally awakened the sleeper one like me. But, it seemed that it has happened as something such as the past experiences, situations, or objects having the monstrous character of the nightmare or producing the feeling of so much anxiety and terror, I was trembling then and became freeze and sticky then, it hurt me a lot.

There are many reasons for nightmares, maybe for some people, it is the truth that medicines, alcohol, drugs, bad habits, lack of sleep, fever, or anxiety sometimes cause nightmares. Very Often, although the nightmares seem to be triggered by emotional issues at home or working places, schools, major life changes for example a great move, trauma, and stress, and sometimes even if what happens in the nightmares seems unrelated to our life definitely, sometimes there has a big reason behind the nightmare or sometimes there may be not any reason behind it. Sometimes, for the reason of the bad experiences the nightmare, we might have a big loss, or sometimes it hurts us and hampers our life a lot directly or indirectly in our life. So, it is necessary to take the steps and do good habits to reduce it by ourselves.

It is the happy and interesting news that there have many effective ways to reduce or to stop the nightmare such as you maybe think like that if nightmares are becoming one of the most problems for us or for our juniors or children, then it is the wise decision to try these regularities and formulas like let us establish a regular, relaxing routine before bedtime. Another example can be the consistent bedtime routine, it is so important. Also, you can make a good habit to offer reassurances. Besides, you can talk about the nice dream and enjoy it. You also can follow the formula that rewriting the ending and putting stress in its place as needed. You must provide moderately comfortable places and measures. It is another good example to use a night light indeed. Obviously, before your sleeping time, you should do your prayers accordingly and say many good Doas by yourselves. And, thus have a nice sleep can be enjoyed by you.

I don't remember anymore when was the last time I had a nightmare and what even is it. Maybe because I used to stay very late at night haha. But I agree that we must pray first before sleeping to avoid having such. It really works.🤍
