Exercise to relieve shortness of breath

Only sufferers know how painful asthma is. Various medicines and techniques have been discovered to cure this disease. However, doing some light exercise at home can relieve a lot of shortness of breath. One of them is 'Dhanurasana '. Doing so will greatly reduce shortness of breath.

Dhanurasana method :

Lie on your back with your face down. The legs will be straight.Break the knee and bring the legs above the hips. Hold the right foot with the right hand and the left ankle with the left hand.Now take a deep breath and lift it upwards from the chest to the head.

Then pull both legs up from the knees, pulling upwards as much as possible. Be careful not to break the elbow.All the weight of your body will be on the back only.Stay in this position for 30 seconds. Exhale and straighten. Do this three times. This reduces some shortness of breath.

Yes , physical exercises are must . We should at least walk evryday for 45 minutes. Swimming, cycling are also very good for our body. It will provide us a healthy and happy life
