introducing myself, who am i?

Hello, this is my first article. As a matter of fact, I discovered this site a few months ago, but I was hesitant to open an account because I did not have a clear idea about what to write an article about. Therefore, I browsed the platform by reading other people's articles without creating an account. Until today.

Today I said to myself, "Why don't I write, once I start writing, I can definitely find something that people will like" and I created my account. Hello, here I am with my first post.

Who am I?

Since this is my first post, I thought it would be logical to introduce myself to you. First of all, my name is not Thor, my name is Evan. I am studying medicine in Turkey, I have an older brother and I live in Istanbul, the largest city in Turkey. The city is very crowded, I cannot say that it is the most beautiful place to live, but if you are coming for touristic purposes, you will definitely love its history and culture.

Is medical education too difficult?

Yes, it is quite difficult, I have to spend most of the day studying and this difficulty is increasing for 6 whole years. Some days I study all day without leaving the library. Especially during exam weeks, you have to study with superhuman efforts. I'm going to second grade for now, if second grade is that hard I can't think of 6th grade.

Turkey, Istanbul, how are these places?

As I mentioned before, Istanbul is a city rich in history and culture. As a tourist, I definitely recommend you to come, Our meals are also quite good. Turkish cuisine can easily satisfy a person even with its appearance. Although there has been an economic crisis in my country lately, I am happy to live here.

Things I like - my hobbies

Honestly, too many things I love. I love reading books, especially fantasy-fiction-adventure ones. My favorite book is the harry potter series that many of you have probably watched/read. Maybe I'll write a review in the future.

Even though I don't like watching movies, I like watching historical and fictional movies. I'm more of a series person. 20-minute sitcoms like How i met your mother, Friends and Brooklyn99 are my favourites.

If you ask about my physical hobbies, I love photography and nature walks. I want to get myself a camera and take nature photos. I would also like to mention that I do camp from time to time.

What are your plans/goals?

Of course, my first goal is to finish school and become a doctor.

My second goal is to travel Europe with Interrail. For those who don't know, it is a system mostly produced for young people that allows you to travel all over Europe by interrail train. Due to the restrictions caused by the Covid19 Pandemic in recent years, I have not been able to achieve this goal, but I think I can achieve this goal due to the fact that the pandemic has lost its power in recent days.

My third goal is to reach as many people as possible through this blog. I am someone who gets away from the stress of the day by writing and reading what other people write, so writing articles about my life will relax me.

Bitcoincash and me

I met Bitcoincash when it was first forked from bitcoin. Back then, bitcoin was very slow, we waited hours for confirmations for transactions, and transaction fees were astronomical. I am quite happy that Bitcoincash has been forked. Thanks to Bitcoincash, I no longer have to wait for hours for confirmation.
