Hello My dear friends... today I made some cookies in the evening.... I made them in the stove... I didn't use micro oven... they are not looking so good... but it was yummy 😋😋... Everybody I mean my family members loved it so much... I will share the recipe of cookies with all of you... It is very simple... To make these cookies I used only 5 ingredients... which are found easily in your kitchen... They are -

1. Flour

2. Powdered sugar

3. A pinch of salt

4. oil

5. raisin

At first I take 1.5 cup flour, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl.... then I mixed it well and make a dough... then I shape them round... for decorating I used raisins... they are not necessary but if you want you can use this.... then I brush some oil on a frying pan... then placed a tawa on the stove and keep the frying pan on it... then I covered it... I cooked them in a low flame for 40 minutes... After 40 minutes I turn off the gas and my yummy cookies are ready to eat...

I know they are not looking good... but it is so tasty... if you like this you can try...
