The changes #love your body
Hi everyone, it's a wonderful Thursday some parts are cloudy and others are sunny, wish you all have a pleasant day even you are busy or not.
I got this idea from my office mate, early morning talks always happen in a workplace before beginning to grind for work. We are of different ages, body structures, single and married, short and tall, still, we are always conscious of ourselves in front of others. For some they don't bother as long as they are comfortable, like me I don't sometimes care as long as I wear my clothes đ .
This only pertains to women so excuse me for a while to our gentlemen who read this article of mineđ.
As we age, we need to deal with and understand how the stages of our lives affect us, it can help us understand how to adjust our wellness routine as we age. Likewise, it can help us appreciate what stays the same and the importance of caring for our body, mind, and spirit throughout every moment of lifeâs journey.
I want to share this because some of us especially when the pandemic started most of us stayed at home. I can attest to that, because when the pandemic started I gained weight, have mood swings and anxiety, gladly I overcome it. Here are the changes that we need to pass according to our ages.
Body Weight
The gains in body weight tend to continue in women until about 65. Excess weight tends to settle on womenâs hips and thighs from puberty through menopause. After that, however, a womanâs extra pounds are more likely to be unhealthy belly fat, which is associated with an increased risk of many diseases. That is why we need to stop eating unhealthy food and do some exercise.
Bones
From puberty until roughly age 30, a womanâs bones gain density, especially if she exercises regularly and eats a healthy diet rich in vitamin D and calcium. She starts to lose bone density slowly after about age 35, as hormone levels changeâa process that accelerates after menopause. A healthy lifestyle including weight-bearing exercises, such as walking and strength training, helps keep your bones strong both before and after menopause.
Breasts
A womanâs breasts change slowly after puberty, although each menstrual period often brings short-term changes. During pregnancy, the breasts swell, as the milk duct system grows to nurse a baby. During menopause, as estrogen levels fall, the breasts change again, becoming less full and less elastic, which can result in âsagging.â
Skin
Women keep their skin thickness until around age 50. After that, skin becomes thinner, less elastic, and drier, and wrinkles become more apparent. Throughout life, eating a nutritious diet, getting restful sleep, drinking plenty of water, and not smoking are cornerstones of healthy, glowing skinâeven more so as you age. For some, they can see dark spots, excess skin, warts, and others.
Hair
If youâre going to gray, itâll probably start in your 30s, though some women experience it earlier (itâs all dependent on our genes). But as you age, your hair also becomes thinner and grows more slowly. If youâre noticing more strands in your brush lately, donât be alarmed. Almost everyone experiences some hair loss with time, especially after age 50. Female pattern baldness, a hormone-related condition that may be inherited, usually starts with a widening of the center hair part that spreads to the top and the crown of the scalp.
Remember that the passage of time offers many advantages as we face these and other changes. Many women like the freedom that comes with having children out of the house as they become older, such as not having to worry about birth control. You may also notice a change in your attitudes, such as the urge to please people fading away. And you might discover that now is a good moment to rediscover your passion and joy.
Now may I ask, " what is the essence of a woman?" ( parang pang miss U lang ang tanong lol)
According to Google:
A woman is the personification of Ageless beauty, Selfless Love, Purity, Grace and dignity. She Symbolises Virtue, Great Inner Strength, Tremendous Patience, Resilience, and Fortitude.
For me growing old as a woman is my fulfillment, I know it's not easy and the road I take is rough, but seeing yourself overcome all the life changes is a fulfillment together with your family and friends.
