Ningen The Humanoid Beast of the Arctic / Library of the Strange
A terrifying legend circulates among fishing boat sailors, it is about a creature sighted mainly by Japanese crews in deep waters of the Arctic Ocean during the 90s, I mean the famous None.
A colossal aquatic beast that measures about 30 meters long, is white and camouflages itself between the layers of ice, according to the most documented information by sailors, the name of Ningen comes from the Japanese that literally translates to human.
Apparently, this particular specimen that could be considered a cryptozoological animal looks very similar to that of a white whale, but with humanoid features represented in the shape of its head, and front fins that resemble arms with fingers.

Some even believe that the information about the existence of this animal is so old that it could reach the ears of the writer Herman Melville before writing his novel Moby Dick.
There are numerous sightings that have been described of these strange animals over time, so it is also presumed that there may be more than one, there are even a couple of photographs, but however, it is still not possible to say that the photos are real or at least correspond to an unknown animal since too many fakes have also been shown.
Many observers have reported that these animals have no facial features except for two huge eyes and a shark-like mouth (no teeth, of course). According to most accounts, these beings are primarily nocturnal and tend to survive in the frigid waters of Antarctica.
