Song of Stars

Here in this floating abyss,

I see them,

Those shining children,

Their stony guardians,

And those blazing parents.

The weightlessness takes me,

Drifting among the sky.

How the children dance,

In this cold expanse.

The spaces around me are littered.

The debris of those who sought to grow,

Reach for the untold and best forgotten,

All while the silent guardians watch.

These joyous brothers and sisters,

Frolicking around the parents.

A strong glow of silent words.

A song plays again,

A guitar strums,

The drums kick,

In this meadow of stars.
