What is Your Body Type? Training by Body Type..
Exercise is important, we all know that now. But do we know what body type we have and which is the best workout for us? That's why being conscious is so important.
It is important to train appropriately for your body type. If you know your body type closely, you will know how to train in the most appropriate way for your body development.
The most important point to reach the body you aim for is to determine the most suitable training for you and apply it. Knowing your body is of great importance as it will guide you in this regard. There are three different body types;
Ectomorphs are people who have a weak build and find it difficult to develop muscles.
Endomorphs are large-bodied and overweight people with a structure suitable for lubrication.
Mesomorphs are people who have a genetically lean and athletic body, easily develop and maintain muscle.
So which group do you belong to?
Suitability for Ectomorph Body Type:
If you have narrow shoulders, slender wrists and have difficulty growing your muscles, we can say that you belong to this group. Ectomorph bodies are generally weak as they are not very suitable for lubrication. Since their metabolism is very fast, we should also emphasize that if they want to build muscle, they should consume a large amount of calories.
Training
For people with an ectomorph build, working with light weights is a good thing. This group of people may prefer short and high-tempo weight training. training programs; It should be prepared as hard, tiring and short. If you are very comfortable with the movements, you need to know that there is something wrong. High-weight and low-rep training style should be adopted and they should work in this way. Cardio exercises are not a must for this group.
Endomorph:
This genetically constructed body type, which is also known as "large-boned" among the people, consists of bodies that are slightly more prone to fat. This group of people, who need to pay a lot of attention to their nutrition program, should have a special diet. Endomorphs have a very strong build, but having segmented abdominal muscles is really a case in point.
Training
We can say that the biggest problem of people with endomorphic body type is that they have difficulty in burning fat and this process takes a long time. For this reason, they may need to increase their cardio training. We can say that the interval training system, whose intensity is constantly changing, is the way they can get the most efficiency.
Mesomorph:
We can also call it a group of naturally lucky guys that everyone looks up to! Although they do not train, they are broad-shouldered, lean, athletic people. It should be noted that this group will be much easier to develop muscle and burn fat compared to the other two groups. Under normal circumstances, it is observed that a person starts to experience losses within 1 month after they stop training, but this period lasts much longer in mesamorphs and they have a better chance of returning because their muscle memory is very good.
Training
The mesamorphic body has a structure that responds very quickly to every training style. People with this body type should try to challenge and surprise their body by constantly changing their training methods. They should be careful not to give up compound movements that work multiple muscle groups at the same time, such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and pull-ups, which are very beneficial.
