Watch out for injuries while doing sports!
It is in our hands to prepare our body against time. The way we live, the work we do, the way we eat, our stress level and especially whether we do sports regularly are important factors for the future of our body.
However, we should learn in detail how our body reacts while doing sports and what we should pay attention to during sports.
Unconscious Sports Can Cause Severe Injuries By identifying the mistakes that allow possible sports injuries, it is possible to make your life more enjoyable with healthier and more conscious sports.
Many individuals who go to work directly by skipping the warm-up or due to wrong practices during the training experience some injuries and prefer to stay away from sports.
Getting Started with a Warm Up
Exercises without stretching the body, that is, without warming up, invite injuries. No matter what sport it is, we need to know that training without warming up is a huge mistake. Stretching the muscles with warm-up exercises both increases training performance and minimizes the risk of injury. Remember: The biggest reason for the scar nets that occur after training is the result of starting sports without warming up enough.
Not Doing the Movements in the Correct Form in Sports
If you are new to sports, it may take some time to establish the correct forms of movements. Be patient in this regard and try to learn how to do the movements correctly by increasing the repetitions. Improper exercise movements prevent the targeted muscle from working efficiently, while at the same time increasing the risk of injury. Leaving aside the ego, we should choose the right weights and take care to protect our health by taking care to do the movement correctly.
Working with More Weights than You Can Lift in Sports
You should determine the weights that you will work in the fitness room well. Working with weights above your capacity can cause the weights to fall on you with a momentary distraction or cause injuries due to over-straining your muscles. You only need to be struggling in the last 1-2 reps of your set. For this, we should say that it is definitely beneficial to work with a partner in your training.
As your strength and muscle volume will increase day by day, you should proceed step by step as you will be able to do more repetitions with more weight. Unconscious exercise can cause more severe consequences.
