Improper exercise movements prevent the targeted muscle from working efficiently, while at the same time increasing the risk of injury. Leaving aside the ego, we should choose the right weights and take care to protect our health by taking care to do the movement correctly.

Working with More Weights than You Can Lift in Sports

You should determine the weights that you will work in the fitness room well. Working with weights above your capacity can cause the weights to fall on you with a momentary distraction or cause injuries due to over-straining your muscles. You only need to be struggling in the last 1-2 reps of your set. For this, we should say that it is definitely beneficial to work with a partner in your training.

As your strength and muscle volume will increase day by day, you should proceed step by step as you will be able to do more repetitions with more weight. Unconscious exercise can cause more severe consequences.
