BTS hiatus and ARMYs reaction
Our Global Superstar BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan or Bangtan Boys) debuted on July 13, 2013 and spent several years training with Big Hit Entertainment before releasing their first album. BTS is a South Korean boy band with seven members. Each member of BTS was hand-picked to complete the group, which consists of rappers, dancers, and vocalists.
BTS is well-known around the world due to their massive fan base, or "ARMY," but each member overcame their own set of challenges to get to where they are now, despite the odds.
Each member has their own distinct personality and abilities, which contribute to BTS' incredible success. They enjoy laughing and are not afraid to show their eccentric side. They are also extremely talented, singing, dancing, composing, and possessing a variety of hidden talents lol. Despite our personal partiality (bias) towards BTS, we recognize that they are all nice and outstanding.

Being a member of ARMY (fandom name) is a lot of fun since you can meet so many other individuals who share your interests. As part of their engagement in BTS projects, other ARMY also organize events and charities.
My co-ARMYs are also extremely generous because when they receive new merch and have an excess, they share it to their fellow ARMYs. They give BT21 dolls to those lucky ARMY who participated in their raffle contest, because these dolls are almost always sold out, everyone has been waiting for new stock to arrive.
I honestly put money aside just to purchase this BTS Army Bomb/Lightstick and prove to myself that I am a true BTS fan. I was in Grade 9 when I first heard their song, and because I adore kpop and korean dramas, I was immediately drawn to BTS's talent.
I used to envy my classmates who were also BTS fans because they had practically finished collecting all of the BTS merch; however, I couldn't buy because I didn't have any money at the time. I just watch their music videos and listen to their songs to distract myself from my envy.
**REACTION ABOUT THE BTS HIATUS**
The fact that BTS decided to announce their hiatus as a group, carefully explaining that they are not disbanding and that they will return as a group shortly because they understand how other people will interpret this.
Seeing them cry crushes my heart, but I'm delighted they've finally expressed themselves. They carried the weight of the world on their shoulders and never gave up. Deep within my spirit, I felt every single word and tear. We may never know what they've gone through, but we understand and will never be disappointed.
I know we're all heartbroken, but as we did with BTS, let's support our soldiers individually. We know that everyone of them has given up something in order to form a team. now they will show their individual selves! Let us simply remain by their sides and continue to love them.

A virtual tour of Pangpang View
Hola, read fam! I was a little idle here last week, so I'll make sure I'm getting back on track, and now I'm going to show you around one of the areas that people here frequently visit in Odiongan Romblon, "Pangpang View."
Because of its proximity to the sea, it is known as "Pangpang View." Someone recently discovered this location after seeing how magnificent the view of the sea from here is. Apart from the water, there are numerous trees in this area, so you can truly get some fresh air here.
My pals and I decided to come here yesterday to unwind and relax. We met a lot of individuals on the road and realized they were heading in the same direction as us. They brought pizza, alcoholic beverages, chips and other snacks.
Because there were also vendors there, we didn't pack much food. We bought fresh fish and eggplant for us to grill. A grill can also be borrowed from them for about 20 pesos only. We also bought suman with coffee because it is another popular food that tourist love to eat here. It's just that their suman is so good; it's exactly the proper amount of sweetness and pairs perfectly with coffee.
I almost forgot to mention that the entrance fee to this stunning location is merely 20 pesos. You are welcome to come here at any time to take photographs and gaze out over the wonderful sea vistas.
And if you want to paddle or swim in the sea, you can too because they also built a way to the sea. The stairs they built isn't paved yet so it's a bit slippery when it rains, you just have to really slow down and hold on to the wood so you won't slip and fall.
They also advise tourist against going down to the shore initially when it rains and the tide is high because something unpleasant could happen to them.
This is simply their seat, which is also available for free. There are numerous seats available, so you can find one that is both comfortable and provides a great perspective.
So, if you want to de-stress and breathe some fresh air, this is the spot for you. The personnel here are friendly and accommodating, so if you have any queries, they will gladly answer them.
If you wish to stay overnight to watch the sunset and sunrise, you can pitch a tent here. This is the ideal location for family gatherings, friend bonding, or date nights with your boyfriend or girlfriend. Even if the signal is weak and there is no WiFi, you will never be bored because there are so many stunning sights here.

They are going to kill dogs! Help!
What if you found out that your neighbor was going to kill a dog just to prepare his child's birthday? How will you feel and what action will you take to stop them?
This dog that they are about to kill is their own pet, but it lives with us and eat in our house sometimes since this dog's sibling was given to us so she also comes to our house to play with her sibling. Browny (their dog's name) has to children, one of whom was given to us and we named it Trixie, and the other of whom was left to them because they wanted something left for Browny's child and was named "Lily".
Lily, like our pet Trixie, is very cute and tender. Her fur color is mocha and white with a little black. As soon as I return home from my OJT (On the Job Training), our dogs and Lily approach me instantly. I also petted her like if she were our own pet, but we realized that the owner didn't want Lily to come to our house, so they tied her up.
Although this dog is just 5 months old, she is fairly large due to our constant feeding of her. She is larger than Trixie, our pet, because she was breastfed for a long time by her mother (Browny).
Few days ago, when I returned home from our OJT, my mom told me about the diabolical plan of our neighbor: they planned to kill Lily and Scotty (also one their dog's) because his son's birthday was approaching and they intended to utilize cooked dog meat for their"*pulutan*".
I was horrified and angry after knowing their plan because why could they do that to their own pet, why would they have to kill a dog who only wanted to play around and love them? Many of people here still slaughter and eat dogs, which is terrible and disgusting. Why is it that their conscience allows them to murder a helpless animal? They are even worse than the beast; they are devoid of conscience and heart!
I can't help but feel terrible for Lily; I want to save her but don't know how. What am I supposed to do? There is no one who can help me.
I was crying in my room because I was sad, and I told my mom and dad that we needed to stop our neighbor, but they said we couldn't since they owned Lily. Ownership? They don't own Lily; they only look after her, dogs and other animals are free and must be taken care of, no one owns them! But why would they do such a thing?
As a dog lover with three dogs, it pains me to think that somebody may kill a dog for such reason. Is this how your pet should be treated? That after you take care of them, you just betray and kill them.
Lily or any other dogs do not deserve such treatment. They still have a lot to do here, they are the source of my happiness and they made me smile every time I returned home; when they're approaching me excitedly. What if their bad plan continues? It's excruciating, and I can't accept it.
They plan to carry out their nasty scheme on Lily this week (June 12) that's why I'm asking for your help, what should I do? What number should I dial? Who can I contact?
I'm hoping they're aware of what they're planning, and that they believe that the dog has life and feeling as well. I believe they will change their minds because I know they are devout Christians who understands that what they are planning is wrong and unjust.
Hopefully, like us humans, we also give our pet the freedom to live happily. Let us love and treat them like they are part of our family.
Also, if you have a pet dog but are neglecting it, simply give it to someone who will love and care for it. Because your pets love you so much, don't leave them alone. And to those who have witnessed the sale and slaughter of dogs, let's not be afraid to speak up and inform them that what they are doing is wrong. Let us persuade them that their actions are heinous.

Let's talk about cheating
Why do so many people suffer from heartbreak? Even if we don't want to experience it, it will be designed to harm us. It's terrifying and repulsive to love when the end result is agony.
When you thought he was the one, yet he managed to deceive you and exchange you for someone else in the end. You don't know what is true and what is not when you're in love. We all want to be love unconditionally since that is what we all deserve, so why are so many people still tempted and capable of making mistakes?
They say that the year 2022 is the year of breakups and heartaches. Well, it seems to be true because it was just the beginning of the year when rumors about cheating, annulment and breakups about some famous celebrities arises. We often heard from the news, blogs and podcast that this famous couple broke up and it's because the girl found out that the guy is seeing another girl behind her back.
Hearing such experiences made me realize that no matter how long you've been with your partner, your relationship can still fall apart for a variety of reasons. So what are these reasons, exactly?

***Different priorities***
***Poor communication***
***Little intimacy***
***Lack of respect***
We may all tell white lies, but if your partner seems to lie frequently, it could be an indication that something is wrong in your relationship.
We can keep a secret if it is for the greater good and no one is harmed, but if your falsehood cause harm to your partner, it is unacceptable.
Cheating begins with lying, so if you suspect something is amiss in your relationship, don't be afraid to approach your partner right away. We understand how difficult it is for someone to acknowledge that they have made a mistake or cheated, but we shall validate our suspicions based in their actions, whether it's true or not.
According to study polygamy is in our DNA. Due to cultural and practical reasons, humans have only lately become monogamous. Those who have self-control and self-discipline, on the other hand, are more faithful to their partners.
Admitting that you cheat is not being a man, and it is something we should not tolerate or admire. Let's not make this type of behavior acceptable. Cheating is cheating.
One thing I realized about the recent split up of the famous celebrities is that cheating is always a choice, no matter how God-centered your relationship is, if one wants to cheat, one will cheat.
Upon knowing their breakups, I found myself really pondering about the formula of a successful relationship. What are its ingredients? Is it love? Trust? God-centered? Family? friendship? If they had it all, why their relationship still failed?
Consider the likely consequences of your sin before you cheat. Cheating is probably the most inconsiderate act of a person can commit toward his or her partner and family. So if you are no longer satisfied/happy in your relationship, you should end it promptly, rather than looking for one while you're in a relationship.
With what happened between their breakups, here's a reminder that cheating is not part of a relationship's ups and downs. NEVER NORMALIZE CHEATING.

I first heard Taylor Swift's song, "Love Story," in 2008, and I listened to it every day until I memorized the lyrics. It became the class's theme song, and practically everyone in the class became a fan.
I was only 9 years old at that time, and I'm really into music, and Taylor Swift's songs are among my favorites to listen to; in fact I once sang one of her songs in a singing competition. I earned second place by singing "Mine", her song. I always go to the Computer Shop to watch her music video, and every time I listen to her song, I fell in love with her music and her personality.
Her music was part of my childhood, and until now I still admire her and I really dream of going to her concert at least once.
So now I'd want to discuss with you the reasons why I love Taylor Swift so much.

**She composes the music for our lives.**
It's as if I'm reading my diary when I listen to her music. Even though I haven't been in the situation as she has, her song is so relatable. Whenever I hear her songs like "All too well", I'll be overcome by emotion.
**She's a multi-talented performer.**
What else should we be looking for to our beloved Taylor Swift? She could sing, dance, compose music, and have a doctorate degree. She can sing everything from pop to country to indie to rock and to any other genre of music.
**She has a big heart**
She finds a way to support her fans and charity while remaining anonymous. She often donated secretly, which makes me admire her even more.
**She is always elegant**
She's the artist you rarely hear about getting involved in a fight. She handles the issue well without anyone knowing too much. She is not the type of artist that dives right into the problem and immerses herself, she is elegant.
**She is down to earth**
She is still able to communicate with her fans despite being one of the most renowned artist on the planet. She continued to take selfies, and she once wished a lucky fan a happy birthday. She is a genuine and naturally loving individual.

So, returning to our topic which is the cheap products I purchased online, whether it will be useful or a waste of money?
****Portable Rechargeable Mini Fan****
I purchased it from Shopee because it was less expensive than Lazada. Last payday's sale had free shipping, so I checked it out lol.
Because of the intense heat we are experiencing this summer season, we really need to have an electric fan or anything else that can help you to feel less hot. The only difficulty is that you can't bring your electric fan with you when you leave the house or go elsewhere, so I decided to buy a portable/handy fan that I can take with me wherever I go. It is well worth the 98 pesos because it takes a long time to go down and has a strong wind.
****Focallure Professional Eyeliner Cream Brush****
This item was also from Shopee because it was on the flash deals, so I took advantage of it.
I bought a Eyeliner Cream Brush from one of my trusted online stores that provides high-quality products because I really enjoy doing makeup and all things about cosmetics.
Consider this: for only 8 pesos, you can get an excellent quality brush that won't break down like the ones you can get at *tiange*. I got free shipping again because it was 3.3 Sale when I checked out, and I only paid 16 pesos haha. It really exceeded my expectations; I expected it to break quickly, but it did not, and it was extremely useful.

When our online class began, I purchased it, and it has proven to be quite useful because it keeps my cellphone secure and prevents it from moving during zoom or Google meetings. This phone stand is really cute, and you can fold it so it fits perfectly in your purse.
It's now cheaper than when I first bought it; it's only 13 pesos at Shopee, so get it while you still can, especially if you take online classes like me.
****Samsung Earphones****
I am a fan of Samsung earphones and am very impressed with its quality and because my earphones were damaged at that time, and it is essential to have an earphones in an online class so that you can hear clearly what your teacher is saying. I purchased a Samsung earphones on Shopee and was pleasantly surprised at the low price.
When my parcel arrived, I immediately tested it to see if it sounded good, and it did. The sound was good and loud, just like the original Samsung earphones, and it was well worth the 27 peso price tag.
****Indoor Slippers****
Who would have thought that one peso could get you a pair of slippers? Yes, these slippers are worth one peso!
I was simply checking it out since I also couldn't believe that it was merely ONE PESO. I thought it was just scam and that the seller was just a con artist and would send me a fake or a toy slippers.
But,
Tadaaa! It's 100% Legit! It's also enjoyable to wear, as it's quite comfy and light on the feet. You wouldn't believe it was only one peso because it appears to be more expensive that it is.

Pre-board Exam
Date: Monday, 16 of May 2022
The purpose of the pre-board exam is to determine how well students are prepared for the actual Board Exam. It can also tell which subjects the students are weak and which they already know well. This is done before graduating, thus if you fail the pre-board exam, you may not be able to graduate and may have to repeat a course.
As a Civil Engineering student, we are aware that we will almost certainly be required to take a pre-board exam prior to graduation, and that in order to prepare, we must review the previous courses we studied in our first year.
We're a little anxious because we've forgotten the other formulas and will have to re-study a lot of subjects. We don't know when our pre-board exam will be, but we do know that it will be in May, just before our graduation.
Sir informed us about our upcoming pre-board exam last week. He also mentioned the date and subjects of our pre-board test, which will take place over three days, from May 23 to May 25.
Sir also instructed us on what we should pack and wear when taking the exam. He advised us to dress in white Polo shirt and to bring a transparent envelope containing a calculator, pencil, ballpen, eraser, and sharpener and a brown envelope with extra paper for problem solving.
So I immediately looked for a white polo shirt that could be use for taking the exam. Fortunately, my sister still has a white polo shirt in her closet, which she had previously worn while taking her pre-board exam during her college days.
My sister studied Civil Engineering as well, and she has been a licensed Civil Engineer for the past six years, and I am really proud of her.
She's also the reason why I choose Civil Engineering course. I've always noticed that she answers a lot of problems and that the solutions to one problem are incredibly long. Because of what I saw, I was challenge and I promised to myself that I, too, would be a Civil Engineer.
***Going back to our topic which is our pre-board exam..***
Despite the fact that we had our pre-board exam on Monday, sir nevertheless gave us three assignments with 30 problems each for a total of 90 problems to solve. It is difficult to synchronize the review for pre-board while answering the assignment because they have different topics. We need to finish our assignment tomorrow (Tuesday) so this needs to be our priority.
Although it is difficult to finish all these tasks, I will ensure that I can finish our assignment before the deadline and that I am physically and mentally prepared to face our pre-board exam on Monday.
So I started answering all of my homework right away, and now all I have left to complete is the Assignment No.3 . I need to finish it as soon as possible so that I can concentrate more on our exam. I'm hoping that our teacher will not assign any additional homework or activities so that we can focus on reviewing.
By the way, I have few questions for those who have experienced the pre-board exam.

A day in my Tito's Farm

One of the perks of being a "*Probinsiyana*"or a person living in the province is that we have the privilege to eat fruits and vegetables for free. Yes, it's free and unlimited.
They say that *"kapag may itinanim, may aanihin"*, so most of the people living here grow fruits and vegetables so that they do not have to buy more at the market and they can also earn money from it.
As long as you are really patient and diligent, you will never go hungry here in the Province. Even if the land that you can plant is small or even if it's just in your yard, you can still plant different types of vegetables.
Yesterday, Tito/Uncle took me to his Farm so that I could see how much fruit and vegetables they harvested this month. The weather is a bit hot but I know that I will enjoy this farm tour so I came along.
So now, join me on a tour of my Tito's little Farm.
The first spot we went to was his watermelon fruits. It was actually the month of April when my Tito started harvesting watermelons bur there are still few that are just starting to bear fruit. My Tito said that they will not harvest watermelon again today because they are waiting for someone to buy wholesale before they pick the fruit so that it will not be wasted.
Many have opened Samgyeopsal Restaurant here in our Town, so my Tito thought it was a good business to sell lettuce. He said that it is easy to grow this plant it does not require more attention as long as it is watered every day to makes its leaves more vibrant and healthy.
There are many people here who also planted lettuce that's why my Tito has many competitors in supplying lettuce to restaurants. Luckily, someone hired him as a regular supplier of lettuce.
This is one of my favorite vegetables and it's a good thing that my Tito has an *Ampalaya*/Bitter Gourd plant on his Farm, so he usually sends my mom this vegetable to make us a *Tortang Ampalaya*. They use Organic Fertilizer and they do not use any kinds of chemicals like pesticides and insecticides because the taste of Bitter Gourd changes when they use chemicals. He said that it is way better to maintain the organic state of vegetables so that more nutrients can be obtained from them.
As we walked to our next spot, I saw that Tito also had a few plants of Papaya and Pineapple. The Papaya tree was full of fruit and my Tito said that they were making "*Atsara*" or pickles and sometimes they are making some coolers like Papaya milkshake.
My Tito also plans to have a large pineapple farm because he said that this fruit is low maintenance and is also one of the fruits that most people want.
As you can see, his tomato plants are just behind the greenhouse for lettuce. My Tito's Farm is not that big but he is able to grow different kinds of fruits and vegetables. He also hire few people to water and cultivate his crops every day and they also the one who reaps it. There aren't that many tomatoes yet but we first got a few that were a little yellow red.
Lastly, we went to see his Squash plants but we were late because they had already harvested this fruit, so we decided to not go to the squash orchard. They harvested so much that they can hardly be counted but they estimate it to be 100 or more.
It's tiring to go around this farm but I'm happy that I saw all my Tito's crops and because he also gave me some of the fruits and vegetables they harvested, so it's really worth it for me to go with him today.
By the way, if you're wondering why my Tito loves planting, it's because he's a **Registered Agriculturist** and a **Licensed Agricultural Engineer** and he's really passionate on planting different kinds of crops.

I have never felt so disappointed in my entire life. We were given a chance to embrace a better future, yet most Filipinos want another 6 years with incompetent leaders.
I don't think they even considered us, the youth, who will be living the 6 years of torture, unfair treatment and injustice with the current line up.
I'm terrified. You wanted change and when we were finally given a candidates who aren't 'lesser eveoly' but genuinely good people wanting to serve the country, what did you do?
We need Chel Diokno in the Senate! I have no questions about Robin when it comes to helping the country, we all know that he has the so-called "Makabayan Attitude" and has done many things like helping the needy and such. But and actor over an experienced lawyer in the Senate is just unacceptable.
The influence of na overrated actor over an experienced underrated lawyer concerns me. My fellow countrymen why did y'all choose popularity over expertise? It's like choosing a one-time million over an investment.
I don't know why people voted for someone who said that he could employ legal practitioners to aid him in making laws for the Senate when in fact you all can vote for the lawyer himself who's more deserving than anyone.
I don't understand why some people think that continuous building of infrastructures is the only factor to a successful nation. It just shows how many of you choose to drown in the privilege of your own bubbles.
We were taught history so we can learn from our mistakes, not to repeat our mistakes.
How come they invalidate those families of the martial law victims, the people who died because they wanted to be heard during the Marcos dictatorship! How dare they invalidate the efforts of those people who joined the EDSA people power.
Respect the results? No, I hope they are all aware about the articles surfacing in other countries wherein investors are telling they woul would back out when Marcos won.
The vast majority complains about how our government is a circus yet fails to realize that they continuously elect clowns. 'Let me educate you' doesn't mean to make you feel lesser intellectual being. We all know those people who said that we're never boastful. It was to fight the misinformation and lies that they have been feed with.
It's heartbreaking to see our fellow Filipinos voted for a person who's not deserving.
*Mas masakit pa sa break-up yung nangyayari ngayon* but I just want to say that *****"Ang hirap mong ipaglaban Pilipinas".***** *Ang hirap bumoses para sa ating lahat*. But I'll always remember that I reuse and stood up to become one of those light supporting the right one. No regrets in the end because I know that I was on the right part of history.
I don't hate them, I'm just deeply disappointed.

Mother's Day Celebration
Date: Sunday, 8th of May 2022
Our Mother is like our pillow, they are the one who will give us a big and warm hug when we have problems.
Today, we celebrate the greatness of our dearest mother and I just want to greet/wish all moms around the world a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY. Your courage and the love you show for your children are unconditional. No one word can describe a mother because our mother is a such a brave, loving, caring and great mom of all and one day is not enough to celebrate our mom's greatness.
Today, I want to share with you how we celebrate Mother's Day for my mom.
Morning, 6:30 A.M.
I woke up early because my mama and papa were already awake at 4 o'clock in the morning. I don't know how to greet my mom because I'm not the showy type of person when it comes of showing my love for her.
It's about 6:30 A.M when I got up from my bed and without hesitation I approached my mom, I hugged her while saying "Happy Mother's Day Mama, I love you" then I kissed her on her cheek.
After I greeted mama, my sister Ara immediately followed and she also greeted mama like I did.
I saw that mama was very happy when we greeted her and she's kinda emotional and I can see some tears falling from her eyes.
Morning, 9:00 A.M.
Our church mass starts at 9:00 A.M and my mom and I were the only ones who went to church. At church, the group of choir and church officers organized a small celebration for Mother's Day. Our Priest called all the moms who had attended the mass to greet them and acknowledge their sacrifices and greatness being a mother.
The members of the choir gave all the moms in front a flower and a heart shape paper with a "BEST MOM" written on it.
We (the children) were called to give a message to our mothers, I was a little shy to stand up when I was called to give a message to my mom but for my dearest mama, I was able to overcome my fear and stood up and give a little message her and also for my other grandma's who were there.
It's a pity that I don't have any pictures of that Mother's Day Celebration because I don't bring my cellphone to church
Afternoon, 1:00 P.M.
My mom didn't know/expect that I would give her a bouquet. I don't have a budget so this is what I can only afford for now but I'll sure get back with her when I graduated and have a job, I'll give her more than this bouquet because she deserves it.
A few minutes later, a delivery man came to us looking for my mom, when my mom came out of our house the delivery man gave her this cake that was said to be from my sister. My sister was in Manila and she didn't immediately tell us that she had something to deliver so we were also surprised.
Afternoon, 3:00 P.M.
We finished cooking around three o'clock and we arranged the food we prepared for mama and put it on our table.
We only have a little prepared food but the important thing is that we celebrate Mother's Day happily and that we made our mom extra happy today. We just cooked spaghetti, fried chicken, and macaroni salad, we included in the our table the cloud 9 chocolate that my sister gave for our mom, there's also an ice cream but it was not included in the picture.
To see our mom happy is PRICELESS.
Closing Thoughts:
*Let us make our mother feel that we love them every day. Let's not waste every time that we don't make them feel that we love them. Even if it's not Mother's Day, let's still say "I love you" to our dear parents.*

Whitening and Acne Soap Recommendations

I know it's really hard to find a soap that suits your skin type especially when your skin is a bit sensitive, it can easily react to the soap you are using.
Based on my sister's experience when she tried using the soap I used, her skin suddenly become irritated and it cause redness and visible patches on her face and neck. The soap is a bit strong but she only used it on her face but the redness and patches spread on her hand, neck and back. So from then on, she only uses mild type of soap and chooses to try and test it on her hand first to see if the soap was suitable for her skin type. In my case, there was no irritation happened and everything was just fine. It also had a good effect on my skin so I didn't stop using it.
So when my sister experienced that, we found out that her skin was very sensitive when it comes to whitening soap. So, the advice that I could give to you all is that it's better that you really choose the soap that is right for you.
As for me, my skin is not very sensitive. Often when I use a new soap, it leave a nice and good effect on my skin and there's no redness or irritations. And like most, I also tried a lot of soap and all of that helped me a lot.
So today, I will share with you all the soap I used and had a good effect on my skin.
Let's start with..
****Kojie San Skin Lightening Soap****
Maybe most of us have tried using this **Kojie San Skin Lightening Soap.** This is one of the first whitening soaps I used when I was 15 years old. My cousins influence me to try this soap because they said that it was really effective and can whiten your skin for just a couple of weeks.
I remember, I used to cut this soap into small pieces so that I can save money and it wouldn't run out easily.
This soap is dermatologically tested and contains high-grade cosmetic all natural Kojic Acid. It helps prevent melanin production and make your skin lighter and clearer. It is also effective on freckles, acne, uneven skin tone and can diminished dark spots.
***Tips*****:** *for better results, leave it on your skin for about 1-2 minutes before rinsing.*
****Breylee Acne Removal Soap****
Ever since I developed skin problems like acne, this soap has helped me a lot. I was hesitant at first because I'm not used on using different soap because it might worsen my acne breakouts. Then, I search carefully for which soap can help acne, soap that has organic ingredients and is good for all skin types. And this **Breylee Acne Removal Soap** is what I found.
This soap is suitable for dry, normal, oily and combination skin type. It has organic ingredients like plant extract that helps remove acne, cleanse and nourish our skin. It also contains tea tree essential oil that has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, which enable to quickly penetrate into hair follicles and restore damage skin.
***Tips:*** *After washing, do not rub your face with rough cloth or handkerchief, it's better to wipe your face with face tissue.*
****Oxecure Sulfur Soap****
This product is super effective! This is my favorite acne fighting soap. It's a bit expensive but it's really worth the try. I used this **Oxecure Sulfur Soap** when I was in my senior Highschool years, I was about 18 years old that time and my teacher who is concerned about me recommended it. She said that I should try using this soap because her daughter was also using this soap and her acne has really disappeared.
This product is a soap bar for both face and body. It's suitable for oily and acne prone skin, it deeply cleanses the skin, reduce excess oil and clears clogged pores. Oxecure Sulfur Soap contains organic ingredients like mangosteen extract, tea leaf extract, and soy protein that visibly fades dark spots cause by acne.
***Tips:*** *Wash your face with Oxecure Sulfur Soap for 1-2 minutes then rinse off with water*.
****Snail White Pink Vitamin C Micellar Soap****
After my acne disappeared, I tried using whitening soap again. And since the Snail White products is a trend that time, I tried using it too. The first time I used **Snail White Pink Vitamin C Micellar Soap**, I felt the effect immediately, my skin became soft and glowy. This soap has also a nice fragrance and is very addictive to use, but it's also quite expensive and easy to consume.
This soap is a brightening beauty bar for face and body and is specially formulated for oily and combination skin. Snail White Pink Vitamin C Micellar Soap has a rich micellar foam which absorbs dirt and excess oil without stripping the skin from its natural moisture.

Campaigns, Election and Political Participation

Election 2022 has been the ugliest election so far. I've seen a lot of people on social media battling/fighting about their chosen candidates for president and vice president. Friends and even families are disconnecting and hurting each other because they have different preferences among the running candidates.
This past few months of election period, It has been troublesome to voice out your opinion because they will easily judge you because of your choice. You cannot say what you want to convey to them because their decision is final and nothing can change it.
Others are belittling and cancelling people, giving so much hate and nonstop bashing to each other. It is painful to think that this is what the election has brought to every Filipino.
***Is this what we want to happen? To be enemies because of what we will vote for?***
Saw this random comments on a Facebook group page.
Arguments after arguments, debates after debates. Kakampinks vs BBM loyalist, Mother vs Children, Filipino vs Filipino. Aren't you tired of it?
Just to clarify, if someone corrects you or educate you it doesn't mean they hate you.
They're just correcting the misinformation or fake news you shared but they don't hate you.
They might be disappointed because you have your diploma and yet you easily get swayed by misleading and fake fact check information.
They might ask you "why" out of curiosity on what made you choose or support that running candidates, then you can ask them too. But it doesn't mean they hate you or will cancel you.
They might unfollow you or unfriend you because your sharing of fake news is rampant and then you don't even bother to check if that's true.
Politicians are meant to be criticize and held accountable because it's our right to know their backgrounds, track records and history. So if they criticize your choice of politicians then it doesn't mean that they are criticizing you.
So calm down, stop having imaginary haters, this is not about you, you just adding unnecessary stress in your life. The truth is your with what we are fighting for, because our vote is not for the politician or hir/her legacy, it is for our future and for a better government.
Fighting/arguing is not the solution for our country's problem, what we need is a good and honest leader who is willing to serve wholeheartedly for the sake of our beloved Philippines.

You see, it's very easy for us to be not speaking on politics while being comfortable in life but we cannot imagine what could happen to the regular Filipinos who will be much affected of these possible developments. We obviously aren't voting for the woman/man alone but for every Filipino who's struggling everyday to survive the already difficult daily life of a regular Filipino.
If you don't see that, then it's time for you to start assessing.
Dear Filipinos, if you are being made to choose between an enabler of a tyrant and a tyrant in the making, I want to remind you that you have the option to **ABSTAIN**. Inevitably, someone between the two will emerge victorious, but they will notice that there will be a significant difference between the number of votes casted for the President and Vice President. Make them feel that they are not really chosen.
Your vote is sacred, do not settle for lesser evils.

This or That (School Edition)

The month of May is considered the "Graduation Month" of the year since many schools here in the Philippines start their classes in the Month of August and end in May or June.
I am one of the pioneers of the k-12 program that soon will graduate in the course of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. And Thinking about our "Graduation" I feel a little sad because I will definitely miss going to school.
There's a lot of happy memories formed at school with my friends, classmates, schoolmates and Teachers that I will definitely feel nostalgic for. There are also many activities that we can't do when we graduate, such as University Week, Group Projects, Fun Run, Acquaintance and more.
So I thought of making a prompt challenge which will remind me of school memories, so here it is.
****Online Class or Face to Face Class****
I prefer **Face to Face Classes** because I learned more compared to the online class. I think F2F class is more effective in learning new knowledge and skills because you'll be able to concentrate harder on your study and there'll be less distraction than if you study at your home.
I also feel more comfortable in a traditional classroom situation because I have the opportunity to connect with my teacher and other students from a wide range of backgrounds. In addition, I can also see and talk to my teacher personally if I have something to clarify or something I didn't understand in the lesson.
Lastly, there are also more fun activities at school that you can join and you can also bond with friends and classmates.
****Front Row or Back Row****
I love sitting in **front row** because I can see clearly what our teacher writes on the board and it's easier for me to follow what our teacher teaches because I was in a front seat. I can also hear loud and clear the voice of our teacher and it helps me stay focused throughout our class time.
****Group Work or Solo****
Hmm? It's a tough decision but I think I prefer doing school works or project **Solo.** For the reason that, when I'm doing it alone, I'm more obliged and persevered to finish the task ahead of time because no one will help me other than my self.
And when it comes to group works, there are often only one or two person doing the projects or school works and others are just cooking pancit canton lol.
****Projects or Tests****
I choose **Test** because it's easier to finish and done unlike projects which consumes enormous amount of time,that could have been used for studying on other subjects.
****Reporting or Role Playing****
I think **Role Playing** is more fun than Reporting because based on my experience at school, when we role play often nonsense happens and we can't focus and sometimes forget our lines. We also have naughty classmates that makes role playing extra fun and exciting.
****PE or Science Laboratory****
I prefer the **Science Laboratory** because I like the activities that are done there like, experimenting, blood testing and looking at the subjects under a microscope. For me, that's more exciting than the physical activities that are done in PE.
****Singing or Dancing****
Maybe I'm more comfortable with **Dancing** because dancing is often done and performed by group in our school, while singing is usually performed alone or solo and I'm a little scared performing solo lol.
****Essay Writing or Recitation****
Essay Writing, because recitation is a bit scary due to the fact that I'm an engineering student and whenever we recite, we need to prove and show our solutions.

I just want to congratulate myself for being a "one month writer" here at read.cash. It's such privilege for me to be here with you all.
Honestly, I was hesitant at first. I lost confidence in my own ability because I was not that good at writing phrases in English. I mean, I can write English sentences and phrases but I'm lacking and often I can't continue what I'm writing.
Before clicking the **"Register Button"**, there's a lot of questions in my mind that made me doubt on capability being a writer.
*Can I really write articles?*
*Can I convey the message that I wanted to convey properly?*

This is the very beginning when I became curious about read.cash. I often see @Glez post on noise.cash about her latest article and because of that my curiousity level increases to 80% and I noticed that most of the articles published here are written in English. I've read the article of miss @leejhen about the compilation of her poems. She is one of the people I consider to be good at writing poetry. I was inspired by her works because it was full of emotion and you can really feel what she wants to convey in every line of her poems.
Like her, I also love to write poems. I have also written many poems and all of them are written and piled up in my cellphone notes.
My poems are inspired almost by what a student is going through, things that a writer feels, about politics, economy, nature and whatever else enters my mind. I don't do much romantic poems or about love, maybe because I'm not the "showy" type of person and maybe it also reflects in my poetry works.

Sequential Task I did for a day
Date: Friday. 29th of April 2022
Fridays are supposed to be the best day of the week since there's only 16 hours before weekend (if you wake up at 7:00 am) but activities like quiz, assignments, thesis, On the Job Training and Shopping ruined my Friday vibes.
Everyone seems to be in a better mood when they hear the word Friday simply because this is their long-awaited day. But it seems to me that **Friday** could be a day that is full of works that need to be taken care of.
Yes! It's Friday! but wait, there are still a lot of things to do at school that need to be done today.
***Let's start with the first task.***
**First Task: Problem Set No. 5**
It was Thursday night when our teacher sent some attachments on our Group Chat which contains tons of activities that need to be done and pass not later than ten o'clock in the morning.
I was charging my cellphone that time so I saw his message late. I quickly opened the attachment he sent and that's when I saw that we were going to do a problem set to be passed tomorrow morning.
So the first thing I did was to solve some problems before going to bed. Fortunately, my friends also helped me we shared our answers with each other so that we could easily finished our problem set and passed it before deadline. I slept at about twelve o'clock but we still didn't finish answering our problem set because there were many difficult questions that we weren't very familiar with.
I woke up early to answer again our problem set because there's still a lot of situational problem that have no answer. I couldn't have eat breakfast because I was too busy writing solutions.
It will be ten o'clock but I still have two situational problems with no answer. I decided to passed immediately because there are minus points for every 5 minutes late.
**Second Task: Quiz 6**
After we passed the problem set to our Teacher, he gave us another take home quiz but we had to finish it before four o'clock.
As you can see, these two friends of mine are snowed under because we have much more to answer. We haven't had breakfast yet and it looks like we won't be able to eat lunch either due to the pile of work.
We were starving so we just bought one piece of crinkle at the bakeshop near our school.
It was three o'clock when we finished answering our quiz and finally we can now rest and eat.
We just bought Buko Shake and Burger because we seem to have lost our appetite for rice because it's already three o'clock. There's quite a lot of people lined up so we also waited a long time.
And after a few minutes of waiting, we can now finally eat.
***But wait, there's one more task to do.***
**Third Task: Costumes for Cosplay**
My friend ask us for help to look for a costume for his sister's cosplay. It is said that it will be held on Sunday so we need to find a costume immediately so that it will be repaired in case the it was loose on her.
We went to the nearby Ukay-Ukay Shop because there's a lot of cheap clothes and costumes for sale. And after few hours of touring all the Ukay-Ukay Shop in our Town, we finally found the best costume for my friend's sister.
I got home around seven in the evening and my leg was very sore and my knees are trembling because of excessive walking and I felt like I'd run out of energy all day. So when I got home, I sat down first and drank a lot of water because I felt like i was dehydrated because of extreme heat outside. I fell asleep right away because I was worn out all day.
Hopefully, there will be no school works this weekend because I'm so drained the whole week and I need to recharge my energy for the next week.

Examination Day
Date: Wednesday. 27th of April 2022
Last week, our teacher announced that we will be having a Face to Face examination since our School got its permit and is now allowed to conduct Face to Face Classes.
It's been almost two years since we last took a face-to-face type of exam and we're really nervous and worried because we might not be able to answer the exam properly.
We all know that the COVID-19 Pandemic affects educational system worldwide. Many schools had stopped teaching face-to-face classes and switched to online and modular classes to avoid being infected with the COVID-19 virus.
As a Civil Engineering student, it's hard concentrate and focus on the topic presented by our teachers because the lights coming from computer and cellphone causes discomfort and tiredness to my eyes. And because of that, I don't quite understand the formulas and equations to the problems presented. This is the reason why when we take the exam through online, we can't avoid cheating and copying the answer on the internet.
So, the moment that our Teacher announced that there will be a face-to-face exam on Wednesday, April 27, I immediately started reading my old notes about the given topics, started to watch YouTube videos about problem solving and computations.
I reviewed all the topics given for about 5 days and last night I slept almost 12:00 AM to study and solve example problems. I set my alarm at 3:30 AM but I got up from my bed at 4:00 AM. I woke up this early to read my notes again and I have my cup of black coffee with me so that I will be energized, focused and alert.
**These are the topic of our exam. Our subject is CE Correlation Course II and the topics covered in our exam are under Structural Theory 1.**
***Moving on to our examination day..***
This is the situation before we enter the classroom. We are so excited and happy to see everyone back in school again because it's been a long time since we last saw each other.
Some of my classmates are still reviewing at the corridor even though the exam is about to start. Others are just sitting and relaxing on the other side so that they would not forget what they reviewed. Meanwhile, me and my friends are sharing notes so we can get more information and other formulas listed on our coupon bond and notebooks.
This is the room where we will take our exam. At the door, a paper was glued with 20 written names of students who can enter this room and what number we will sit.
Right away, I looked for my name on the paper and found that I was going to sit in seat number 17.
When I entered the room, I was surprised seeing the arrangements of seats. I'm not used to this kind of set up, there were cardboard blocks in each seat and the distance between our seats was too far.
As you can see there's a woman wearing black T-shirt sitting on the uncovered chair. She is the one our teacher had assigned to watch over us.
This is the closer look of our chair. As you can see, it is covered with a DIY shield made of cardboard. Our seat is covered because we are still following the health and safety protocols which is social distancing and also to avoid cheating in the exam.
Seat number 17 (my seat) was located on the back and I'm actually nervous because the room was serene and almost everyone with me here is still reviewing and others are worried because they left their calculators (the most important thing).
***About a few minutes later our teacher arrived..***
Supposedly, our exam should start at 8:30 AM but it was about 8:45 AM when our teacher entered the room.
As instructed, we had to put forward our belongings such as bags, cellphones, book, notebooks, and lecture notes. All that should be left in our chair is our **pencil, ballpen, and calculator,** scratch paper is also forbidden because it is said that we will use the back part of our test paper for scratch.
***And the exam had already begun..***
It was a multiple choice type of exam but need to provide solutions. Numbered 1-25, situational problems. 1 point for correct letter answer and 1 point for correct solutions for a total of 50 points. The exam was good for 3 hours, we started at 8:45 AM so it will end up to 11:45 AM.
The moment I saw the test paper, I get nervous and anxious. There were some situational problems that I was not familiar with because I haven't studied the topic about ****Cables and Arches**** very well, but I also know how to solve it somehow. Because when I was reviewing, I paid more attention to the topic of ****Influence Line and Portal & Cantilever Method.****
Around 11:15 AM, some of my classmates began to passed their test papers so I passed mine too. I'm not very confident with my answers but I answered almost a half I think.
Maybe I'll just do better in my next exam. I'll continue to study and read other topics right away, so that I will be more prepared and equipped to face our next examinations.

Toxic Friendship
Being with people you treasure can sometimes feel suffocating. There is just too much pressure to please them, to make them happy, to be strong and reliable for them.
Being with strangers on the other hand, can feel liberating, can induce the similar feeling of a devote Catholic confessing to his priest. You are free to share your deepest darkest secrets, you are free to invent persona without fear of any judgement, without fear of any repercussions or consequences. You meet these people throughout your life, out of nowhere, under the strangest circumstances, and they help you feel alive.
We ask for help in riddles, in subtle cryptic ways, because loneliness is taboo in this society. We may sometimes get mushy with each other, pretend that we do care for each other, but the reality is, we feel uncomfortable confronting loneliness.
We may say a word or two to lift each other up, we may stay for a while, but in the long run people will leave, because the loneliness of other people makes them so uncomfortable because they are being reminded of their own loneliness.
The decline of my character began when I started to search for my dopamine hits elsewhere, everywhere, and excessively more often.
This is no longer a woman searching for meaning of happiness, this is already a mad girl in a frenzy, jumping from one escape to another.
People will tap you in the back when what you are saying is convenient for them. But the moment you utter an uncomfortable truth, a truth that goes against their interest and ambitions, you will be branded as outspoken, too loud, too hostile.
Surprising how I can remain functional despite of the internal chaos. Perhaps due to accumulation of good decisions in the past. But I know I am withdrawing too much from my ATM spirit. God only knows if I'm already bankrupt and what I am spending right now is already a loan. Bottom line is, if this continues any further, I am doomed.

How I cleared my Acne
Date: Sunday. 24th of April 2022
Due to stress, anxiety, and hormonal changes, our skin may experience some skin problems like acne, fungal acne, oily skin, dry skin and etc. Don't worry it's just natural changes in our skin due to puberty, but of course it's frustrating and stressful specially when we're looking at the mirror seeing those numerous bumps on our forehead, cheeks and chin.
For that reason, I rarely take selfies because when I'm about to take selfies, I immediately notice the red pimples and bumps on my face so, I lost my interest on taking pictures of myself during that time.
It greatly affect my self confidence and even before the pandemic starts I wear a facemask to cover my pimples and pimple marks. I'm very embarrassed because the dark marks left by the pimple on my face are very noticeable so all I do is apply a thick concealer.
My friend recommended **Sulfur Soap** to me, she said that her sister was using this soap and it does made her face pimple free. So, I tried using Sulfur Soap with a hope that my pimple will really fell off.
After a month or two, I still don't see any results on my face, my pimples and pimple marks are still there and for that reason, I stop using Sulfur Soap. I've lost hope but I don't want my face to be like this. So, I rested my face before trying other skin care products again.
I watch a lot of YouTube videos on how to get rid of acne, ways to stop acne problem, what should I do to stop acne breakouts and many more. I'm afraid to try some of those skin care products they are using because it might cause irritation and will trigger the breakouts.
Upon researching and watching reviews about skin care products, I finally found the right and best skin care for my skin type. So here's the beginning of my Clear Skin Journey.
Today, I'm going to share with you my skincare routine and skincare products I used to achieve my clear skin.
Morning Routine:
****Step 1****
The first thing I do in the morning when I wake up is to wash my face using **Cocoberry Soap.**
This soap has micropeeling effect that will whitens, renew, soften and moisturize your skin. Highly effective and highly recommended!
****Step 2****
After cleansing, I used **Jeju Aloe Ice pH5.5 Toner.** I put an adequate amount of toner on a cotton ball and I just spread it evenly on my face and neck.
This toner is good for all skin types and is Paraben and Alcohol Free. It balances pH level and gives antioxidants that keep our skin hydrated and refreshed.
****Step 3****
If you're familiar with the Korean skincare routine, you'll know what's the right order of using skincare products. So, the 3rd step is putting serum after toning. I used **Jeju Aloe Ice Booster Serum** because it gives my skin a glass skin look.
It has niacinamide that tightens pores and Zinc that helps reduce acne and scars.
****Step 4****
Lastly, I used **Breylee Acne Removal Gel** to treat acne scars and prevent acne breakouts.
This acne scar gel works very well. I can see the results in just a week. It is one of my favorite acne treatment, highly recommended!
Night Routine
**Step 1**
Cleansing using **Cocoberry Soap**
**Step 2**
Toning using **Jeju Aloe Ice pH5.5 Toner**
**Step 3**
I used two types of serum, Jeju Aloe Ice Booster Serum in the morning and **Breylee Vitamin C Serum** during night time.
It's super lightweight, quick to absorb and non-sticky. It helps lighten dark marks cause by acne and has a very light citrus scent. I love it!
****Step 4****
Putting appropriate amount of Breylee Acne Removal Gel on the target area to prevent acne breakouts and to lighten dark spots.
Here is the result of my consistent skincare routine.
I'm beyond happy seeing the results. I can now smile on camera confidently, I can now look at the mirror without being ashamed of how I look.

Drink 8 glasses of water daily
Reduce eating salty and greasy food
Keep your hands off your face
Change your pillowcase every week
Exercise
Eat fruits and vegetables
*I'm not saying that you should try using these products. We have different skin types and maybe these products are good for my skin type but not good for you. It's better to find out your skin type first and to consult a dermatologist.*
Remember that we are all BEAUTIFUL and it's okay to have acne, pimples, scars and dark spots. It's just normal.

We must recognize the important rule of natural history by learning the science of Climate Change. As we all know, before we can put into action our efforts in combating climate change, we must first comprehend the environmental changes that the earth went through in the past.
We human beings must work together. We need to share our responsibilities in order to save our planet and create a happier humanity.

Coping with Loneliness

I wish I didn't care. I wish it didn't hurt, but it does. My heart aches from the loneliness and being unwanted.
How can I make my self happy when I'm sad? Why do people expect me to be happy and understanding all the time? Why should I care about people who doesn't even care about me? Why should I understand people when they don't understand me? Why is life too complicated? I'm tired.
My authenticity started to decline when I began trying to please other too much. At first, giving one piece of myself, the next moment several pieces, until I realize, that I already bargain away every single piece to everyone.
After giving away those small pieces, I suddenly panic. I tried to ask these people to return the pieces, but they won't ( or they just could not do so). I am left with this void, a void that cannot fill whatever I do.
This is where my anger started, I hate to say but I try to do what any stupid human wanted do, to take revenge. I try to take away pieces from other people too, one piece after another, eventually creating the same void within them that they, too, will never get fill.
I accepted the fact that I will never be enough for someone, but that didn't mean I deserve nothing. Not everyone will learn to appreciate me, but I know my worth. But what I realized is that, it doesn't make me a less person. I am still worthy despite of being not enough.
I don't waste my valuable time with people who have nothing but negativity in them. They criticize everything and everyone in the most damaging ways. I choose to stay away from toxic people at all costs.

Maybe we could say a lot of things, not so much because we are loud, but because we also have spent considerable amount of time listening and paying attention, giving us plenty stories to share.
I really don't care how people perceive me anymore. I've spent my whole life trying to make everyone happy and ignoring my own needs in fear that I won't be accepted by others. No more pleasing. I don't need to be accepted by anyone as long as I accept myself. I got me, my family and God is with me.
I'm learning and I'm not get bored. I'm learning to know people, I'm learning how life works, how friendship works. I'm learning how to appreciate every little thing without whining. I'm learning how to be happy with someone who wants to spend time with me.
I've been there. Trying to be happy all the time because I was afraid of the very notion of sadness. Sadness is tough to deal with when I first experience it, but I get accustomed. So now I learn how to balance.
I chose to be happy regardless of my predicaments. I also do the things that makes me happy and I am excited.
So, this is my life. And I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I'm still trying to figure out how that could be.

We are all aware that our natural environment is currently being at risk of being destroyed. This issue has emerged almost exclusively as a consequence of human activities that have resulted in significant environmental damage. Parallel to this "**Scientist**" are willing to take risks for the sake of our future.
We need a billion climate activist. We need to encourage everyone to consider where we heading as a species, and to engage in civil disobedience and other actions. The time is now. We've waited far too long. Mobilize, mobilize, and mobilize. Mobilize before we loose everything.
Our planet faces the interconnected crisis of rapid climate change and biodiversity loss. According to the scientists, we only have 3-5 years to save the Earth. If we failed to save the Earth with the provided deadline, the causes would be;
****Rise of Sea Levels****
Rising seas is one of those climate change effects. As humans continue to pour greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, oceans have obstinate the effect.
As sea levels continue to rise, coastal communities can expect more frequent and severe flooding from high tides and storm surges. It will cause soil erosion from the beaches to the community and over the time it will damage the roads, bridges and other infrastructures.

Extreme high temperature can directly affect our health by compromising our body's ability to regulate its internal temperature. It will lead to various illness such as heat strokes, heat exhaustion, and hyperthermia.
Decrease in water availability is the most commonly observed effects of heat waves. It seems to be a natural phenomena but the concern here is "drought" condition in many areas accompanied by inadequate amount of water. Consecutive heat wave condition aggravate drought and impact both food and water supply in the community.
****Plants and Animals risk of losing more than half of their Habitat****
Animals may find their habitats are no longer able to support their biology. Rising temperatures risk destabilizing the balance between wildlife and ecosystem. The wildlife that has adapted to their habitats will be force to face new environments.
Flooding can also eradicate habitats, it can destroy key pieces of ecosystem and erodes streambanks and soil surface.

What you can do:
Don't burn plastics and don't cut down too many trees so that we can continue to breathe pure and fresh air.

Purchasing energy efficient appliances such as lights, air condition and washing machine
When you're not using something, turn it off. This includes lights, television, computer, and other electrical equipments.
Use electric fans instead of air conditioner.
Eat less meat
Eliminate over fishing
Reduce, Reused and Recycle
Instead of using plastic bags, use eco bags.

Hey guys, how's your summer going so far?
I've been hanging out with my friends lately, doing some stuffs that we normally to do like going to a Café, drinking coffee and exchanging stories about our school experience and etc. We're also planning to spend our vacation on Sta. Fe Romblon at Pili Beach Resort, a private villa with a white coral sand.
Talking about vacation and travel, here are some prompt question from @Daria that I would love to answer. You should try it too.

**Adventure or Relaxation**
I'm a adventurous type of person, I love to travel and to explore new things and I think I prefer Adventure than Relaxation. Because for some reason, Adventures is my way of Relaxation or distressing. Mountain Climbing, Riding Bike, Diving and Island Hopping sounds relaxing to me.
**Heat or Cold**
Due to my health conditions, hot and humid weather can trigger my asthma. That's why I always bring my nebulizer kit whenever I go. So I prefer Cold because I am more comfortable in this temperature and I sleep better when the weather is cold, especially when it rains. Tho I still want to experience going to sauna, and hot springs.
**Hotel or Apartment**
I'm into Apartment because ever since I was young I want to have my own Apartment and to live independently. I want to experience how it feels like to live on my own, to pay my own bills and to cook by myself. But of course I will miss my family specially my parents whom I love the most.
**Sea View or Forest View**
Definitely Forest View, why? It's because I am fascinated by the green colors of nature specially the trees surrounded by green grass and flowers. I feel the life and balance when I'm in the midst of a bush. Relaxing sounds of birds humming from the tree, water droplets, river flows and sound of the wind feels magical to me and I'm deeply inlove with the harmony of nature.
**African Trip or Europian Trip**
I'll go with Europian Trip because I want to experience the historic vibes and to see some of the world's unique architecture like Renaissance Castle and Roman Amphitheater. They also said that the best wine is found in Europe and I definitely want to try that lol. Sweden, Finland, Italy and Spain was on my Bucket list. First, I will go to Finland to watch the northern lights or the aurora borealis because seeing those dancing lights is a dream come true to me.
**Paragliding or Swimming**
Paragliding is totally out of my mind. To a person like me who has acrophobia or being afraid of heights I think paragliding is not for me. Just thinking of jumping from a helicopter my heart skips a bit and I think doing that will literally a heart attack for me. So I'll chose swimming over paragliding. I love to swim eventhough I don't know how to swim lol.
**Train or Aeroplane**
I never experienced riding on an Aeroplane but I think that sounds pretty amazing. I want to see how beautiful our world from above, I want to see the clouds up close, I want to look at the vast oceans and I think it would be such a memorable experience.
**Posh Restaurant or Street Foods**
We Filipinos love street foods and it's part of our culture. Seeing a lot food cart vendors selling a variety of street foods on the streets will make you feel hungry. Street foods are affordable and convenient specially to a student like me. My favorite street food is kikiam and dynamite, I love pairing these two with hot sauce and ketchup-mayo dip.
**Massages or Camp Fire**
I don't like massages because it's somehow uncomfortable for me. So I prefer to have a camp fire for some sort of relaxation. Camp fire on the beach was one of the greatest experience I ever had together with my friends and other classmates. We surrounded the fire while singing "Camp Fire's Burning", i still remember the song though.
**Pool Party or Snow Ball Fight**
Pool Party of course! I've done it before and it was awesome.
**Water Sports or Picnics**
I'll go with picnics because it sounds romantic and relaxing. Being able to chill and relax with your loveones on a picnic blanket was a wonderful and blissful experience.

Best of Romblon
I lived in the province or a small island here in the Philippines. Many of you probably do not know this place but over the time our Province has made itself known because of the stunning points of interest to visit.
I am proud to say that I came from Romblon, an island where strategically placed at the center of the Philippines. Isn't it amazing?
Aside from that, Romblon is known for being the "Marble Capital of the Philippines". If you happened to visit here, you will realized that some roads are made out of marble. You'll think that's unbelievable but yes it's true!
If you're an adventurous type of person then Romblon is the perfect place for you. Aside from marbles, our Province has a lot to offer you will also find stunning white sand beaches, towering mountain, historic sites and Romblon's exquisite delicacies. It is 264 kilometers away from Manila.
Romblon is an underrated Philippine destination with the variety of unspoiled natural beauty. It is a perfect getaway destination for tourists and travelers who want to experience something different, something extraordinary and something new.
I will show you some beautiful places that I have been to.
First stop,
Ngakngak Beach
Ngakngak Beach Resort is located at Linao Calatrava, Romblon, 40 km away from Odiongan Romblon Port.
There are four ways to get there;
****Riding Jeep**** - 1 hour and 25 minutes of travel
****Riding Van**** - 1 hour and 10 minutes of travel
****Riding Motorcycle****- 1 hour and 40 minutes of travel
****Riding a Bike**** - 3 hours of travel
But if you're a bold or audacious type of person you can walk from port of Odiongan to Ngakngak Beach Resort for 9 hours. (Just kidding)
Ngakngak Beach Resort was a wonderful place to relax and to be disconnected from city noises since there's no internet connection here. The sceneries was extra beautiful specially on a bright sunny day. You can see clearly the blue and green color of the ocean. This place is also perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, and there's also a jungle which you can explore.
So here's a picture of me sitting on the sand while enjoying the breathtaking view of nature.
It was fun and worthwhile bonding experience together with my family and other relatives. My aunties says that they will definitely come back here and bring all their friends to witness the hidden beauty of this white sand beach.
Binucot Beach
Binucot Beach is also known as the mini Boracay of Romblon. This magnificent beach is located at Bunsuran Ferrol, Romblon, 10 kilometers away from Odiongan Port. It is beautiful cove with Hill at either end. Binucot Beach Resort was one of the best beach experience I ever had. It is a perfect place for family gatherings, friends outing or any special occasion. You can also go there alone if you want to have quality time with yourself, to reminisce, to meditate and to just escape city noises.
After checking in, we decided to walk and enjoy the Boracay like sand. I'm kinda shy to take photos because there's some tourist wanting to take pictures from this spot. As you can see, there's a lot of Palm Trees which gives tropical vibes. The sand here is soft to touch and perfect for a barefoot stroll that will help ease your mind and body.
My cousins from Manila came here just to see how beautiful the place is. They said that the beauty of Binucot Beach can really be compared to Boracay. Their friends also thought they were in Boracay because they saw the photos posted online.
After enjoying the the beautiful scenery here we didn't want to miss the opportunity to go to another tourist attractions nearby.
Bel-At Point
Bel-At Point is the same way as Binucot Beach Resort, we just walk for about 15 minutes to get here. It is made from high quality of wood with a safari cabin style shed at the end where you can overlook the vast ocean, beautiful rock formations and mountains.
This spot is perfect for "opacarophiles" or a person who love sunset. You can see the sunset up close and you can get a picture perfect view of enchanting nature.
We can't just go home without picture taking, so here we are posing with our smiles on.
Those places are just three out of hundred beautiful places to go to. If you're planning your vacation please include Romblon in your bucket list.

A Cat that fed in a Dog's breast
Have you ever seen a dog feeding a cat?
Well let me tell you a true story.
It was Sunday Morning when my neighbor named Xianelle went out of their balcony and on her way out she saw a crying little cat. At first, she was reluctant to bring it inside because of its rugged appearance and foul odor that attracted many flies buzzing and flying around it.
Xianelle was a kind of pet person and she loves cat a lot. Those shiny and sparking eyes caught her attention and it seems like begging for her. She felt sorry and remorsed for she first thought of avoiding that poor little thing.
She decided to to bring it in their dirty kitchen using a plastic bag as her protection in hand while carrying it. Xianelle was kinda disgusted with the 'morning stars' in its eyes but its eyes itself made her realize that she needs to accept that cat in their home. Since the cat was only five days old, it was away from it's mother without enough milk to drink. Xianelle named the cat "Sushi" because it sounds cute.
Sushi learned to love Xianelle's kitchen where she dwells. There, she sleeps and poops. Because she has no mother who clean her dirty and rough fur by licking it, Sushi always look dirty. After a week, Sushi learned to jump up and down the place and explore the whole dining area. There, she met a mother Dog breastfeeding her newly born puppies, Sushi unhesitatingly came nearer to that family of dogs. Xianelle was surprised of what she saw, she quickly told me that their dog is feeding Sushi (a cat).
At first, Sushi was driven away by the mother Dog. The mother Dog bit the kittens fur and placed her puppies far from Sushi. But then Shushi persevered that her hunger can be cured by those milk-producing breast. She got nearer to the puppies, and for the second time she was not bitten. She sipped the liquid she hadn't taste before since birth. It made her strong but then tired because she was so full. Sushi slept together with the puppies and the mother Dog accepted her as an orphan. Maybe the dog pitied her condition or maybe because of Sushi's sparkling eyes that looks like begging for her help just like what Xianelle had experience.
Months later, Sushi looked gloomy. She was combed by the tongue of her stepmother dog. The dog licked the kitten's rough fur just like what mother cats do to their babies. She was treated as one of the family though they are different kind. Xianelle and her family noticed the new relation built among their pets. They learned to feed the kitten regularly which they do not used to do. Xianelle now loves to touch the shiny fur of the kitten which she hesitated doing it before.
Sushi was treated well and she never forgot to come near the family dogs where she first accepted. She grew as a lady cat but those innocent eyes made her look younger. She was so huggable to look at just like a stuffed toy that's why Xianelle and her family admire her so much.
Conclusion
Owning a cat can bring unconditional love and companionship to our life. Just like us Human, cats need love and attention. They need to be rescued from unhealthy environment. Let's provide them a happy place that they deserve.

My Bullying Story (part 1)
"Bullying Ruined My Childhood"
As a child, I was repeatedly bullied because of my weight..

I was just a normal kid who loves to eat sweets like candies chocolate and I admit I have a big appetite. My sister was just like me who's not a picky eater but unlike me she doesn't gain weight and stays petite.
Aside from reading books and playing outdoor games, eating was my hobby. My family and my neighbors loves to pinch my cheeks and they say that I am so cute and huggable.
I really don't have any idea about diet or anything related to proper way of eating. I eat food I like and that's all that matter.
**Bullying started the moment I went to school.**
When I entered our classroom all I can see was their awkward glances. What I didn't expect is that this awkward glances will turn to bullying.
I was just an elementary pupil at that time when my aunts were laughing at me because they said I was fat and I could almost reach their weight.
There was a time when I came home from school and I was crying because my classmates were bullying me, they told me I was awfully fat and I was the fattest among my classmates. They often called awful name such as "pig", " mataba", "chaba", " jumbo", "tabachingching" and "dambu".
I was 7 years old at that time. We're in grade two and we sing doxology. Our teacher said that we should only wear school uniforms while performing. I didn't have a school uniform at that time so I just borrowed it from my cousin. Her uniform didn't fit me even though she was two years older than me, and what my mom did was she didn't zip my skirt and just roll it up so that my skirt doesn't fall off and I can sing on stage.
As I grew older I experienced many more insults and ridicule. One of the things I will never forget is when I went to my grandfather's house and then their maid laughed at me because my arm was big and she said that I looked like a boxer. I couldn't help but get angry and cry so when I went home I told my mom everything the maid said and all my mom said to me that it was just a "joke". I was a little angry with what she said because she didn't take my side.

One time I was playing a game with my friends and a group of girls were starting to call me "taba". They kept bullying me so I tried to ignore them for a while but they didn't stop and even befriend with me but I doubted that they will still bully me even we became friends. I did not fall in such act so what I do to resolve the problem is to left the game.
I personally think that bullying is one of the most evil things that destroyed my childhood. It was terrible and I didn't know how it exists but it really does, and it hurts me and other people who experience it.
Bullying has done a lot to me, it deeply affects my cognitive and emotional development. It started to impact my schoolwork, self-esteem and overall health. I also developed depressed mood, low self esteem, school avoidance and eating disorder.

But despite of all the challenges and bullying, I still maintain my grades at school and graduated as salutatorian. All thanks to God.
Conclusion
I learned that young children will be immature and do stupid things. I learned that you can't let your past traumas chain you down or destroy your life.
Do I forgive those bullies?? Yes.
To move on in life, we must forgive.

Me and My Fashion Philosophy
This is the first time I entered a fashion store with a deliberate intent to actually purchase something. I was trying to find my birthday gift, an article of clothing called "turtle neck" (Please do not ask me why is it called turtle I have no idea) and got directed to this shop by a saleslady. I entered the store wearing my usual plain white t-shirt, my tattered denim pants, and white shoes that I got from Avisha.
The moment I entered, I immediately felt that people were looking at me or rather my clothes, perhaps because what I am wearing are definitely out of place for this establishment which exists solely for fashion. I did not allow their awkward glances to discourage me from fulfilling my mission to buy a gift.
I was never a fashionable human being. I only have 15-20 t-shirts in my name, a few pants, a pair of slippers and a pair of white shoes, the rest of my clothing under a vague system of co-ownership with my younger sister.
A few days ago, my friend Alliah, the incumbent SSC Secretary, told me that a friend happen to ask him why I do not wear Heels***"Because I do not really own one"*** was my answer. (Most of the heels I use usually for Church are under that abovementioned system of co-ownership; I own a pair of black shoes for law school but their whereabouts I no longer know ever since they were rendered futile by the pandemic). I told Alliah the story of how during our SSC days, whenever I have to be "presentable" in front of VIPs, what I would do was to borrow clothes from my good SSC adviser ma'am Abby. She would lend me a white polo blouse, some jeans, and some decent shoes to wear. One time he even made me put wax on my hair.
**"That is how I survived for the longest time."**
Last week, I got acquainted with a rather fashionable lady in Odiongan, who told me that she was very anxious to meet me in person because I have this "Reputation of being simple" while she admits that she can be materialistic at times. She told me that she was afraid that I may judge her. I told her that I was not aware of such reputation of mine and also told her that the way I dress is not a product of a conscious self imposed philosophy of simplicity. The reality is, I just never really have put much thought about clothes. To be honest, it completely escaped my mind until recently. I guess my fashion sense can be described in a few words: *"Whatever is on top of the cabinet"*.
I am not completely unaware of certain dressing etiquettes, but I must admit I am inclined to violate the rules more often than not. That is my take. I just completely forgot about it. Although I remember writing once in my journal: ***" A truly beautiful woman would not be too heavily reliant on the clothes that he wear"*****.** I guess this has truth in it, for my clothes never really became a hindrance with my human relations or with my man relations. Except that one instance that my rich cousin told me why I am wearing the same shoes all the time and pointed out that its color had already become too faded. She commanded me that I should get rid of it. God knows what my shoes ever did to her that she wanted it disposed. I, of course, did not obey such silly demand. Other than that, I never really had any problem or any remarkable instance about fashion.
Although, I must admit, roaming this store, I actually like their plain shirts and shorts. I always dreamt of having 15 plain black or white shirts so I would never have to think of what to wear ever again. I think I would most probably buy them in this store someday. But I was actually culture shocked, albeit I am aware that some clothes can really be expensive, that a single shirt can cost 900+ pesos.
Anyway, that is me and my fashion philosophy.

Vote Buying + Corrupt Officials = Poor Governance
Vote Buying is only one of the symptoms of a systemic lack of political integrity.
Giving money to voters is always the easiest path. But how about taking time to listen to their stories? Giving them a pat at their back? Greeting them with your warmest smile? Giving them advice or words of wisdom during their times of troubles? Appreciating their passions and work? Trying to really understand what is inside their hearts...
These things are free, they do not need your money, but sometimes they can really make a huge impact to the lives of your constituents more than any material or financial benefit you could offer. Money can buy votes and perhaps loyalty...

This is an attempt to process things more peacefully after learning from a friend that a vice mayoral candidate was witnessed handing over "purple colored bill", that is, hundreds of pesos.
In a discussion over dinner, a friend whose name I cannot disclose for his job security is at the mercy of a string of politicians,asked me this remarkable question: "do you know what is the real solution to corruption?" Curious lad that I am, I asked him "What?". I was highly surprised with his answer, "Eat healthy and Exercise regularly". I laughed at his answer and waited for him to elaborate. "If you cannot beat them, outlive them". (More laughter)
While it is true,corrupt politicians,like us, are finite beings and they will also eventually succumb to death one way or another. Some people would find this remedy of my friend acceptable, to just simply wait for these people to die, we have after all the advantage, if we are talking about longevity...
But I should have asked my dear friend this question, ***"If we do not change as a people, if we do not start voting differently, how long do you think before the next tyrant goes into power?"*** Sure, there will be some vacuum once a political giant dies, sure it would take some time for them to consolidate power and set up their corruption machinery, at first there will be a free for all royal rumble, but eventually, if we keep our old habits and do start voting differently, we will just elect corrupt politicians one after the other.
My dear friend, I am afraid we cannot just wait for them to die. In fact, we have to utilize them while they are still alive, make the most out of them, use them to fuel the ideas that will make us change as voters, convert them into stories and lessons so that we may learn who should we not vote for in the future.
**That instead of saying, "If you cannot beat them, outlive them". Let us try saying "If we cannot beat them, let us learn from them".**
I must concede, criticism is never the best place to start, but so does traditional politics. I would rather start off as a loud annoying critic and learn afterwards, than to start off as a traditional politician and end up becoming a tyrant. With the former, there is chance of a character arc. But I have never seen a trapo transition into a statesman.

Political butterflies are those who move from one ally to another in order to grab power. Political dragonflies on the other hand are those who move on from one enemy to another, burning themeselves on both ends, trying to stubbornly impose their ideals. Both are not wise.

**April 04, 2022**
I woke up around 8:00 am as i was off today. I washed, bathed and do some of my skin care routine. Drank a full glass of water and had breakfast.
Afterwards, my mom made lunch for all of us. My stomach was full, I felt asleep for an hour or two. I woke up again at 5:00 pm and went outside for a walk with my dog named Lily. I came back home around 6:30 pm. I made some coffee and my mom and sister was there, so we had a long conversation about many things. I had a good time with them. We beef steak and Ginataang Monggo for dinner. Now am in bed writing this answer for prompt made by @Theblackdoll .

**What is the dumbest way you've been hurt?**
One of the most memorable and stupid things I did when I was a child was when our teacher instructed us to gather some stones on the river, I think I was in Grade 4 at that time. We take one to two pieces of rock and put it in a sack for landscaping at our school. We had other classmates with us but we seem to be the most lazy and the most reprehensible hahaha.
After collecting a bunch of rocks, my companion and I thought we would compete in the jump. "*Like hawak namin yung sako na may mga bato tapos bibitawan namin then tatalon kami at kung sino may pinakamataas na talon siya yung panalo".* So this is what happened, when I was about to jump I didn't let go of the sack full of rocks so when I jumped I suddenly stumble and my face sank in the mud. What was even more embarrassing there was that my crush saw me fall down and my face was covered in mud, really embarrassing. And most of all my friend who's with me didn't even help me and even laughed at me hahaha, but that's okay, it's been a long time so let's move on.

**What is the first thing you do after getting home from a trip?**
What I often do after a long trip is to rest and sleep but before I go to sleep I make sure that I wash first and do my skin care routine.
So I had an embarrassing experience about the long trip. I was 9 years old then and then my mom took me to my Grandma's house, it was about 2 hours away from our town. It's my first time to travel for such a long time and since I'm young, of course it's inevitable to eat while traveling.
We just rode a jeep and it was full of passengers so it was hard to move and it was hot inside. We sit in the front window of the jeep so we could breathe in the air. While we were traveling I suddenly felt something bad, I was dizzy and nauseous because of the smell of the jeep and because the road we were on was winding. I didn't tell my mom right away because I might vomit, I also didn't have any plastic at that time because I was still young and I didn't expect that to happen.
And that's when I vomited and the what's more embarrassing thing was that I vomited on the one next to me who was still wearing formal clothes. My mom was surprised and immediately took a face towel and wiped the person I vomited. It's really embarrassing so since then I've always carried a handkerchief, plastic, mint candy and I've always sit by the window of the jeep.
**What is the strangest thing your teacher have ever done?**
I'll make the story short, I was grade 11 that time when our Filipino Teacher did something strange and weird. We did not expect that a teacher like him do that thing. He's quite and calm and he don't talk that much, he only put Manila Paper with the lecture on the blackboard and then let us read and write what's on the paper without explanation.
Because we are just writing and reading, we will inevitably be noisy in class and my other classmates are already complaining.
And this is what happened next;
Because of the excessive noise of the class, my teacher couldn't stop from venting his anger, he kicked the blackboard (a back kick) and shouted bad words at us then walked out.
What we don't know is that he is a black belter in karate so he did that back kick,we were shocked and a little scared of what he did.

My daily journal.
I have always been fascinated with human beings.
Ever since I was a child, I always loved hearing their stories, their memories, their problems, their secrets, the things they feel deeply about. I can sit for hours and hours just talking to different people. Adults, kids, old people, women, men, top, bottom, addicts, fanatics, gays, lesbians, criminals, farmers, street vendors, star gazers, womanizers, corrupt politicians, prostitutes, dreamers, how I love talking to them all. I once made it a goal to talk to at least one stranger a day. I would always look at them with my eyes filled with so much wonder, jotting down on my notebook some random lesson or quote they managed to say that I do find remarkable.
I adore and collect people with the same sagacity that I adore and collect my favorite books, films, or music. I would often find myself searching for an empty table on a crowded place, silently hoping some random stranger would sit there, so I could strike a conversation (I always do). I often do this during trips from or to Tablas, trying to collect as much human wisdom as much as I could during the boat trip.
*But to be honest...there are times when I would wish that someone would also be fascinated with me in the same way I am with them.*
There are days that I wish someone would invite me over coffee or perhaps breakfast not because they want to tell me something, or need something from me, but rather because they want to drink my thoughts and stories. There are times I want someone to listen to me for a change. For someone to also look at me with wonder and recognize that I too have a soul. Someone who would ask me why I thought or felt that. Someone who would tell me if they could borrow my notebooks over night just so they could have a better understanding of who I am. Sometimes I have this longing to be dug deep, to be psychoanalyzed, to be a subject of someone's sheer curiousity. I long to be understood. Not in a superficial social media way.. But deeply.. Really deeply.. Not to be recognized, but to be appreciated and cherished. There are also days that I want to hear who I am from the perspective of others. Oh how I crave for someone brave enough to read my soul.
But I have always been ashamed of this longing. I thought I was being self-centered, narcissistic even... I thought it was a sin to have this desire to be understood.
This is where my impulsive addiction to confess to strangers began. When I was nineteen, I once woke up in the middle of the night, so desperate to satisfy this longing , that I found myself grabbing a jacket, bolted outside, without any particular plan but with the resolve to talk to the very first stranger I meet, and to him or her confess my entire being. I was unsuccessful that night. But I never got rid of the habit. I would continue sneaking out in the middle of the night, desperate, like a hunter searching for a prey.. And then one day, I discovered my power over the opposite sex. This longing to be understood got mixed up with my most animalistic desires. And then there I was, at age nineteen, jumping from one stranger's bed to another, flesh after flesh, stranger after stranger, mask after mask, with the naive belief that naked bodies would somehow lead to naked souls. But although these nights ( or afternoons) would provide their own temporary reliefs and comforts, the longing remained.
***The shame persisted. That is the time I resorted to writing to cope.I wrote and wrote. Sometimes in riddles. Sometimes completely exposing my bare truths. But no matter how I scattered around clues and pieces of myself, no matter how I made my soul public, nobody really understood. Some tried, sincerely or otherwise. But the longing remains.***
I think Bukowski was the one who said something about how you would be surprised how lonely people in this world could be. And how much damage we could do to each other when we are lonely. When we are not understood. But I believe there is hope. Every now and then, I will encounter special people, and in them I would find glimmers of light and warmth. I trust that we could all help each other and still make this world less lonely than how we first found it. I sincerely do.
