Why we love spring!

Spring is one of the four seasons of the temperate zone, marking the transition from winter to summer.
From an astronomical point of view, the marking of the beginning of spring is often related to the equivalence between the time duration of the day and the night, time of the year called the equinox in astronomy.
Every season has its fans. Some people like the golden heat of summer, with the air of vacation and relaxation that encourages us to go to the mountains or the sea.
Others love the rich and colorful autumn, the rustle of the leaves nesting in the grass and the murmur of the rain beating on the window.
Many enjoy the first snow, the immaculate white of winter and the ringing of holiday bells. But most unreservedly accept the fresh and fragrant joy of spring.
We can put back in the closet the thick coats and jackets we've carried so far.
Most people feel most comfortable at temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees, which is exactly the area where the mercury of thermometers acts during the spring.
After the spring equinox, which occurs around March 20 and marks the beginning of astronomical spring, the sun stays longer in the sky.
That means more time to be active and achieve what we set out to do.
Migratory birds, after spectacular journeys of thousands of kilometers, return to the nests of previous years.
This extraordinary sense of direction brings them with almost inexplicable precision, again near our homes, as a visual and audible delight.
The winged journey begins in mid-February and continues until June.
Anyone who has had the privilege of taking a break from work to admire a little creature knows what a comforting and invigorating effect such an image has.
