We are dealing with different kinds of stress. Some of us are aware, some are not. Sometimes in order for us to forget about what we dealt, we are just diverting our attention to pretermit that heavy feeling. It becomes the hindrance where we becomes unproductive since it is pulling us down to work unmotivated. We cannot avoid it indeed yet, we can surpass it.

One of the essential thing that we can do is to acknowledge what we're going through. Since we cannot ward off, then try switching into something to overcome it. Stop invalidating your feelings. It is normal to feel exhausted, to cry, to breakdown but at the end of the day, choose to fight and never give up. Life is full of ups and downs. But what's important is that you always learned a lesson to every situations you've gone through. Sometimes, it becomes our blessing in disguise. We may not notice but dealing with this, helps us to outgrown and become mature. It builds our strength as an individual, it push through our limit yet we still manage it at the end of the day.
