divided into sham group and free from different kind of things and found raising, buying food item s,hiring buses,making cooking arrangement and arranging a cultural programme etc.Tridly,the committee will fix up the amount of the subscription .Fourthly,the purchasing group will buy all food item and other groups will do their respective duties.Finally,they will start for their suitable picnic spot on the fix date from a place fixed before. It can be said that arranging a picnic is very exciting and interesting.
