I haven't been able to access my profile since yesterday due to a network problem. I login to another browser without seeing any change. And I lost almost all the dollars in my wallet because of my stupidity. Anyway, at last I was able to login to the account and get notification of my new sponsor. Finally the mood got better. Thanks @Apex_Thomas for giving me sponsorship.

Probably the dollars are not lost. You can recover the original wallet using the seed phrase.
