Don't win at all cost...!
The 'winning at all costs' mentality can be seen in our work life, school life, and personal lives. It is the mentality of only trying to win and never accepting defeat. The mentality can be harmful to society. It can also be harmful to your personal life, by making you competitive and angry with others.
In our society, this mentality is often normalized. We are raised in a generation where we are told that anything worth having is hard fought for and thus we should also want to win at all cost. This mindset that has been adopted by many people in the world. This mentality has led to many problems in the world, such as violence, crime, and corruption.
This mentality has also led to many problems in personal lives. People who have this mentality are often not satisfied with what they have and always want more. They are never satisfied with their achievements and always want more success.
This culture of winners has led to us feeling like failures if we don’t “win” against our opponents, even if it involves deceiving them or others, because they were given an unfair advantage against us.
Winning at all costs is not the best way to go about life. As a result, it can lead to bad outcomes for both the individual and society. It can be seen in many forms, from social media to politics. It's propelled by the idea that there will be an ultimate reward for achieving success at any cost. But that mindset is causing people to disregard others, which ultimately disrupts society and individual well-being.
With a fixed mindset, you are either a winner or a loser. Yet with a growth mindset, you see that failure is an inevitable part of the process and there’s always more room for improvement. If you currently have a fixed mindset and want to change it over to a growth one, then there are plenty of ways in which you can do this. For example; consider failing at something every day for 30 days in order that you can experience what it feels like and how hard it is to recover from defeat. This will help you build resilience so that when something bad happens, your reaction will be acceptance and determination instead of doubt or guilt.
Success is not the absence of failures. Successful people have the mindset that they can make mistakes - it's how they use them to learn and grow. It's all about your mentality, but if you think that you are going to succeed in everything you do, this will only lead to failure. So instead of dismissing failure as a negative thing, consider changing your winning mindset to one that allows you to welcome failure.

Winning and losing are part of life, not all the time we win but the important thing is we learn to accept failures no matter what life brings us and we do not succeed without struggles
