Seminars and Trainings are important for a person to grow in his/her career, for us to acquire more knowledge, enhance our skills, boost our confidence, gain more friends, acquire life lesson learning and deepen or strengthen our emotional, physical, social and even spiritual aspect.
These photos attached were conducted last October 2017 during our MTOT or Mass Training of Teachers for Newly Hired Senior High School Teachers in Region X-Northern Mindanao. The training lasted for 20days with free meals and hotel accommodation in Koresko Hotel, Pueblo, Cagayan de Oro City. I was a newly hired teacher that time and thankful enough I participated this training for me to know more strategies and methodologies in teaching. Our speakers and facilitators were also efficient and effective in delivering their topics and different activities for us to understand well. I met Senior High Teachers in different provinces of Northern Mindanao.
What we hear, see and learn from seminars and trainings must be apply. Doing those learning acquired must be put into action to our respective stations and schools. The reality of the attitudes and personalities must be faced daily and your positive response matters to them. Teaching is not an easy career but if you put your heart into it and trusting God for everything, you will surely love what your doing especially aiming the success of your students is your top priority.
