NC or National Certificates are issued from TESDA or Technical Education and Skills Development Authority after you pass their assessment. The registered assessor will test the skills and knowledge of every NC applicant and once he passed, he will be an NC holder.
The following pictures below were some of my Grade 12 ABM students last School Year who passed the assessment in Bookkeeping. They are now NC-III holders and they might use the certificates if they wish to apply for bookkeeping jobs. Out of 17 of them who took the assessment, 5 of them failed. Still happy that most of them passed the assessment. Anyway those who failed can re apply and take the said assessment.
