Healthy living starts at home. It starts with good family relationships. It is a combination of our physical, mental and social aspects. Being healthy is not just how you carry your outward self, but it’s your inner self that counts most. I consider a healthy family relation as the foundation of healthful living. It is important to tell our parents about our experiences in school and how we feel. We should always maintain an open communication at home where everybody has a chance to talk and be heard.
To stay healthy, one must have proper diet, enough rest and regular exercise. But being healthy is not just giving importance to the physical aspect. I also consider friends as important factor because their influence can lead us to a healthy lifestyle. But we should also be aware that there are times when they can cause us harm like inviting us to do what they are doing like using drugs or other vices like smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks. We must be wise enough to choose what is right.
Health is something that every young and even the old generation people must give importance to because it affects the physical, social and mental aspects of life. Having a healthy lifestyle is very beneficial to our society right now especially that there are many sickness, different diseases especially viruses affecting our country and the whole world.
