Hello everyone. Today I will tell you something about women's health. First of all a woman's health is necessary for this because if a woman is healthy in the family then she can take care of the whole family and the family will look healthy. That's why I want to give some general advice. Such as:
1. Daily exercise
You need to do at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. It can be any kind of exercise. You can walk or do yoga if you want. It's all up to you what kind of exercise you want to do. But you have to do 30 exercises every day. It is not like I will exercise for one day and not for three days.
2 .Diet
The diet must be balanced. Eat a little more in the morning. Lunch should be eaten less than in the morning and less at night than at noon. And of course you have to eat more green vegetables and fruits.
3. Regular health check-ups
Go to all the hospitals where regular health check-ups are done
