When You Don't Get Your Way
5 Things to Remember
We don't always get our way, that's a guarantee.
How to deal with disappointments (My POV)
1. When you don't get what you prayed for, believe that there's something better for you that's why you're not granted what it is you asked.
2.Know that the God who created the universe could never be wrong in His dealings with you. You can't see it now, but later you'll understand why.
3.You're not alone. Talk to your spouse, your parents, your siblings or someone you clearly trusts. It helps when you feel there's someone you can talk about your disappointments without judgement.
4.Dig deep and unwind. Nothing could go wrong with a little breathing space, or a large one. Ocean breeze, sea breeze or a bit of sun could go a long way.
5. Pray more. Prayer is the best weapon to deal with everything. Your answers could be just delayed like Daniel's 21 days of waiting, or 20 years, or it could just be that some things are not meant for you. Prayer brings comfort and peace. Ask God to comfort you.
The thing is, this world does not guarantee us success at all times, or that we could always get our way. The best thing to go about in this earth is to always know that whatever God allows in your life, is for your best. He always has the best intentions for you and me.
