Its nearly lunch time, so we gonna cook some dish quickly for lunch. I'm gonna cook Paksiw na Bangus in my own way of cooking;
Lunch - a meal eaten in the middle of the day, typically one that is lighter or less formal than an evening meal.
"Paksiw na Bangus with Eggplant"
Ingredients:
Bangus "Milk Fish"
Eggplant
Onions, garlic and ginger
Vinegar
Green Chili
Black Pepper
Salt and Ajinomoto Seasoning
So lets start cooking guys!πͺπͺπͺ
Procedure:
The first thing was the preparation of all the ingredients. Wash, clean the milk fish and eggplant and cut according to your desired slice.
Prepare the condiments, onion garlic and ginger and also cut these ingredients on your desired slice.
Combine all the ingredients in one cooking pot, milk fish, eggplant, and the condiments like onion garlic and ginger.
Add one cup of water, desired amount of vinegar, salt and Ajinomoto seasoning to taste delicious. Once ready and set lets proceed in cooking
Let it boil and simmer for about 10 minutes, put the green chili pepper and add or sprinkler a little amount of black pepper. I considered it cooked once the water lessen and its color change.
And that's it, it is best to serve while its hot with rice.. Let's eat our lunch everyone on time, so that we will have enough strength to our work.
