Good Day guys and Happy Tree Tuesday!!
This is our tree that we had for years already. we watched it grow ever since it was small. This is called a Macopa/ Mountain Apple tree. It's bearing fruits right now. The fruit is bell shaped and pink in color. The taste of the fruit is a bit bland.
It's really nice to have a tree that bears fruits. Usually our neighbors ask if they can have some of the fruits and we just give it to them because some of the fruits are just falling on the ground.
As I was taking photos of the tree, there were birds that were staying in the branches. In my opinion trees are really important in our lives. Trees help us combat climate change by absorbing carbon dioxide and later on it will convert it to oxygen to provide us something to breathe, they can feed us through their fruits, they provide shelter and shade to us and animals, it can even be a home for some creatures, it helps prevent soil erosion and floods, and it makes a place look beautiful.
I just love the sight of trees. It's really relaxing to see them. It must be so boring and stressful to go to a city where you can't see any kind of trees. I can't imagine a world without them. Let us all do our part by planting and taking care of trees for the next generations to come.
