Zoom fatigue is real. Video conferencing can be so draining. Make sure you’re giving yourself some time to rest, relax and refocus.
Don't feel guilty about it. Take one day at a time. It’s okay to be not as productive as you'd like to be right now. You are not a robot. Day in, day out.
Resting is productive. Taking a break is productive. Giving yourself space is productive.
Even if you've found yourself with more free time than usual, you don't need to force yourself too much.
In this uncertain time, it's important to cut yourself some slack. Give yourself some grace and don’t feel guilty about it.
