In the premise where you insist on believing in something even without evidence or anything else to support it, the term self-deception enters.

Consider this example to make things here a little bit easier to understand. This is what it would be like if someone said something was unpleasant, but in reality, it was not.

When such an individual is presented with a logically sound counterargument, Sometimes, it hurts their ego and they rage after being confronted with the truth. Because of those blatant lies, they endanger the general population. Even when they recognize there is no truth, they refuse to admit they are mistaken and continue to believe what they are told. They were so sure that their assertion was true that they convinced themselves that it was, even if it was not.

We are guided by an instinctive desire to maintain and grow in all situations by intuition like this. This statement is being disregarded for a variety of reasons and a sort of deception is given sometimes.

Moreover, when a person refuses to recognize what is real because of low self-esteem or incorrect or generalized views, this is known as self-deception. Another example is that, every time a smoker hears himself or herself telling them not to smoke a cigarette, it's a wake-up call. However, a person who is addicted to smoking does pick up the cigarette and inhale the smoke. They are deceiving themselves here.

A belief in one's own certainty where everyone has been mistaken at some point. The difference is whether or not they are willing to confess it. They perceive themselves as excellent individuals. Society, not nature, determines what is considered good. Another thing that could exist is that it's not aware of your presence if so. Somehow, for one praying for "another" to make a big play is the same as expecting oneself to improve one's performance without taking some actions.

In reality, we tell ourselves false things and make excuses to avoid dealing with our problems when we don't want to confront them. We weave a web of untrue ideas to keep us safe and to save us from having to face the challenges of growth and change.

It is our duty to be truthful about our own failures and errors, since everyone else has done the same. One of the most important things we can do for ourselves is confront our monsters and our anxieties head on. So, if you find yourself looking for reasons to blame, take a step back and examine what's really going on inside of you. Self-awareness and honesty are the best ways to remove the weed grass from the root. Therefore, don't be afraid to be honest with yourself.

Overall, the first step in preventing oneself from becoming a victim of deceit is to avoid intentionally misleading others. Those who tell lies to others are more likely to tell lies to themselves. Understand that your ego is responsible for creating perceptions to discuss things, painting experiences, and so on. Embrace the present and use your mind to solve difficulties to the required extent. Do not try to fill in the blanks by inventing new information; rather, stop when you reach the limit of your expertise. Simply, avoid making things more complicated than they need to be.

Its really hard to practice self-acceptance. We do usually live with our own life to continue living and remove doubts. Its hallucinations but a defense mechanism for many of us. What lies behind the wall is that "which is the real truth and what is the unacceptable lies"

this is something real and often happens in everyone's life because every word is not in accordance with actions, sometimes words are just like sugar that makes people amazed to hear it but when reality is revealed bitter coffee loses bitterness because the words that come out are only to praise someone for a while but not worth the value.

Sometimes being honest to ourselves is hard but that's the right thing to do. So in this world full of lies, choose to be honest to yourself.

There are really times where we believe in something that really doesn't have verified facts just to don't affect our ego-somethings that individuals should change. Because if we accept our mistakes and errors, that's better than pretending or still believing something is true when in fact, it's really not true.
