So that you can take full advantage of the platforms out there that use blockchain technology and have crypto monetization, I will share with you the 6 platforms I used to make $967.84 CAD worth of crypto in July.
I’m committing to sharing these every month and linking you to my July metrics report PDF: http://www.filedropper.com/blockchainlegacysocialmediametricsreport_2 or where you can normally find it on my Linkedin profile under featured: https://www.linkedin.com/in/scottcbusiness/.
To briefly go over my social media results for July, I received about 10,050 engagements, 13,600 video views, 1,400 comments, 7,760 followers, and 634,000 impressions.
Now let’s dive into earnings:
Publish0x – 21.6 BAT – $0.261 USD = $5.63 + 60.1 LRC - $0.1333 USD = $8.01 + 21.6 DAI - $1 USD = $21.60 USD earned from post rewards. That’s a total of $35.24 USD.
Brave Browser – 33.72 BAT - $0.261 from ad rewards and creator donations for a total of $8.83 USD.
LBRY – 8,833 LBC - $0.035 USD = $309.16 USD from user earnings, content earnings, invites, etc.
Steem – Around 120 Steem - $0.209 USD = $25.08 USD from post rewards
Hive – Around 151 - $0.2228 USD = $33.64 USD from post rewards
Read.Cash – 0.3275 BCH earned from post rewards and 0.75 donated – $288 USD = $310.32 USD earned for post rewards*
The grand total came to $722.27 USD which is about $967.84 CAD.
Like in June, I took some time off in July and haven’t been posting as much, so this is still a fairly impressive turnout. A big shoutout to Read.Cash for helping me to keep my income fairly steady and Marc De Mesel for the donation he gave me in the form of BCH. Things are picking back up a little and should continue to increase. With the bull market on the way, I expect a lot of price appreciation for my earnings too.
This covers a good deal of my expenses which is fantastic and with the price continuing to rise, I believe in a month or two it would be able to fully pay for my expenses with appreciation. I have been saving some of my earnings each month in order to realize various gains and consolidated a lot of earnings in ETH which turned out to be a very good decision now that it’s since doubled in value.
I’ve removed COS.Tv, SoMee, Minds, Flote, and Uptrennd given how low the rewards are, I’m not going to focus on them as much. It’s also hard for me to tell whether their valuations are accurate.
LBRY has become by far, the most dominant platform I earn on. Steem has slowed down but picked up a bit in July. Hive is still going steady. Read.Cash is performing very well. Publish0x and Brave continue to be the most consistent.
I will continue to share these every month to give you a breakdown of what my earnings are to be completely transparent and give you an idea of what you could do if you did the same as me.
To give you a more comprehensive look, compare July to my first monthly earnings video from October where I was earned around $150 that month to now where I’m earning more than 6 times that amount: https://lbry.tv/@ScottCBusiness:4/how-much-crypto-can-you-earn-in-one:7. Eventually, I will do a look at how each month has progressed with a yearly overview at the end of 2020.
I’ve been earning some crypto income from passive investments and lending too, but I will continue reporting on those through my dividend portfolio updates, so look out for those to keep up with the passive income side of my journey.
What are your income goals? Are you using any of the platforms I shared above? Is this useful and or encouraging for you? Would you like to see these reports every single month to get a better insight into crypto social profitability?
